Very disappointed, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer support for days, and have yet to receive any response back. Very unprofessional and will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I tried to plan a road trip across the US and added all the stops. I have a paid subscription, but it says it can't do it because the distance is too long. How is that possible? Isn't the app literally designed to create routes? I don't understand.
