UI UPDATE
I’m loving the new UI update & sleek feel of everything. The app feels more alive like this. I’ve been an avid user for a while now & love the app, but a good UI update is so refreshing to have & makes me excited to continue using the app.
Tinnitus simulator
That’s right; subject to tinnitus for twenty-three years. Using your tone generator to simulate my high-pitched tonal tinnitus for those who have no idea what tinnitus figuratively sounds like. It’s close enough to convey the sensation. Kind of the equivalent of fingernails on a chalkboard.
Good but could be great!
I use this app quite a lot for frequency healing work, etc. I find Di very useful and feature rich BUT - I struggle to read the names/ titles of frequencies when using on my iPhone. It would be a great advantage to be able to give frequencies custom names that may be entered in BOLD! Also along the same lines it would be really helpful to be able to change the order of the frequency list!
All that said it’s a very worthwhile app.

Great tool but unpredictable and unreliable.
I used to love this app until time went by, and more and more features were removed and became only available to paid users as updates were made. Of course they never mention that in the new versions/releases before you download them. Pretty deceiving and unfair to the original users.
Left and right speaker switches do not work!
The left and right channel switches do not work. When I set a frequency to play on the left speaker it plays through both. When I set a frequency to play on the right it still plays left and right. I paid for the pro version of this app and I would expect that to work. Just needs a fix and I can give the app the positive review it would deserve.

Perfect audio tone generator app
I am trying to understand different musical tuning systems - equal temperament, perfect, etc. Struggling a bit to get a feel for this just from reading about it, but hearing it from this app immediately cemented my understanding. £3.75 for a brilliant tool that the author has spent hundreds of hours developing? A total no-brainer!
I’m sure I will use this throughout my learning: rock-solid 5 stars👍

I like it
Works great for my purposes. Highly recommended.
A unique approach helping my Tinitus
Great solid reliable app. I find the tones that match my tinitus which for me is a combination of a high frequency single tone and white noise, and play music at the same time .. brilliant
Incredible

Suggestion
If the name of the saved preset could appear at the top when loaded, I forget what I have loaded sometimes.
Simple, useful, powerful…
… so beautiful. What else can we ask?
Needs logarithmic functions
This app seems to work. I have one major complaint. It doesn't appear to have any way of changing from linear frequency selection. Not very easy to use because of that. Heck, it'll even play multiple frequencies. But that one, very basic and normal function, makes this app much more difficult to use than it needs to be.

Wonderful app to aid my investigation in acoustics
The only thing I find lacking is to allow the sweeping duration of the tone to be less than 0.1s. In music, vibrato of the voice is 5-7cycles per second. I cannot emulate that. That’s why I have a star off the rating.
An amazing way
To understand the configuration of various physical and auditory understanding. Great!
RELIABLE DOG SILENCER
I use it to silence the neighbor’s dogs when they decide to bark too much. The program runs on my old iPod Touch that sits on our kitchen counter. The iPod is connected via bluetooth to an inexpensive stereo amplifier in our back yard, with each of the amplifier’s channels connected to a tweeter — and each tweeter is pointed at the dogs. When the dogs bark, I activate a high frequency audio sweep (just above the neighbor’s audible range) and the dogs quickly shut up and go inside! Thanks for this very useful application!!!

Tracks
The app is pretty nice in that you have the flexibility to manipulate the tones to your needs. It would be even better if there was an option to create and save multiple tracks. I would give it five stars then.
Thank you for implementing notes
Thank you for adding the note section. It is exactly what I was thinking of. Great Job.
MultiTone Generator
Works well enough to give you two tones simultaneously
Recording to Audiobus
Hi Tom.
Could you please help Me ??
I’m having trouble recording tones from this to your other app., Audiobus.
It doesn’t seem straightforward.
Thank you.

Response from developer
Hello Anthony! Sorry, but Audiobus is not my App. You can use the MultiTone App as input device for Audiobus and feed the audio to an Output device, which may be a recorder App. Like TwistedWave Recorder for instance, but there are many more. Please re-consider your 1-star rating. It does not really apply to the MultiTone App. Kind Regards, -tom
