Worst app ever
App downloading and waiting for updates forever. Website crashed as always. Don’t quote sure why they kept such terrible system. I am not surprise for nhs on providing b this kind of service

App crashes
Have had little success with this. Like a previous reviewers commented it keeps crashing and their issue was a year ago. Not sure why as I’ve updated it in Feb 2023. Please fix the issue as when it did work briefly, it looked to be a really useful tool, so would be a pity.
Frustrating
I downloaded the app in early weeks of my pregnancy and it crashed every time I tried to add my due date. Now I am 36 weeks pregnant and supposed to use this app for my birth plan and it still keeps crashing. No one fixed the app in over 6 months.

I love this app, it has really helped me through my pregnancy and afterwards by providing me with information that I can trust! I used it everyday and recommend it to all my friends! Thank you NHS 💗😁🙏

Downloaded this because 'midwife' says oh it is very important that you have this app because it contains a lot of information about pregnancy and all the things you need to know about breastfeeding yada yada yada but truth be told this app does not seem to work at all unfortunately. It just loads to a screen 'Checking for updates' and never progresses from there.

Pointless 👎🏼
Ever since I downloaded the app it’s stuck on the Wellcome page saying checking for update. I killed the app and relaunched, uninstalled and installed multiple times, restarted the phone too. Does nothing. Totally useless unless it’s updated with a fix.

Brilliant app!
This app has been really reassuring throughout my pregnancy - it has so much information available, I’ve used it as a source of information when I have questions between my midwife appointments. Would thoroughly recommend!

This app just doesn’t work. Can’t even put my due date in without it crashing. Completely pointless.

Constantly crashes, you can’t even put your due date in. Considering midwives asking/recommending this app, you’d think it would at least work

Don’t bother downloading
Was recommended to download this app but I can’t add my due date (the app immediately crashes) & when I input my appointments the timings are all wrong & can’t be edited. Really a waste of time.

Every appointment I go to, my midwife wants to check I am using this app.
But it just doesn’t work. It’s crashed every single time I’ve opened it. First I see the ‘enter your due date’ screen, I tap to enter the due date and it crashes.
Every time.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, tried installing on a different phone, nothing works.
I have an iPhone SE 2020, my husband has the newest Samsung phone, between the two of us we have two of the most common phones. There’s no excuse for this app not to work at all on either of them.
If the NHS are putting as much weight on this app as it seems like they are from my appointments, it’s obviously very important that it actually work.
Our local midwife unit was shut down during covid, there are barely any midwives or nurses available at the local hospital. I’m pregnant and scared, there’s no one to talk to and all I have is this useless, broken app.

Useful app
I downloaded the app without any trouble and looked for hospitals around me, I didn’t even know there is so many! Very useful as there is so much information and advice of different areas of pregnancy and after care.
My step by step companion
As a first time mum it’s always hard to know where to find info you can trust. There is lots out there! This app is really useful during pregnancy and after. Everything at your fingertips!
Can’t find my area
The closest maternity unit it shows is 34 mil away. Does not show the units near me.
