Refund even after confirmation
There is some issue in the payment system, I get refund of my tickets are the ticket has been confirmed, this has happened a lot of times. Please look into this, the refund is processed after I reach home, basically travelling for free. This is local train ticket service. Please look into this. Thanks.

This is the goated app which I found & it really works!! The Plan Journey option which lets booking all the public transport ticket once is the greatest feature. Like wdym I can book local train metro 1 and metro and 7 ticket all at once??

The map helps me find the nearest metro station quickly. It even shows me the right exit gate for my work. Very simple and helpful app.
Unresolved Refund Issue Despite Multiple Complaints
I attempted to purchase tickets three times (₹200 each, total ₹600). Although the amount was deducted from my account every time, the transactions were marked as failed in the app.
It has been pending since February, and I have yet to receive any refund. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response that my issue has been “highlighted” or “escalated,” with no clear resolution or timeline provided.
This has been a very frustrating experience. Blocking a customer’s money for such a long time without proper support or accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate refund and a clear update on the status of my complaint.

New version is great
The app has improved a lot with the recent updates. It’s much faster now and the ticket opens up quickly even if the internet is a bit slow. Very reliable for someone who travels every day for work
