Refund even after confirmation

There is some issue in the payment system, I get refund of my tickets are the ticket has been confirmed, this has happened a lot of times. Please look into this, the refund is processed after I reach home, basically travelling for free. This is local train ticket service. Please look into this. Thanks.

THE ONE AND ONLY APP YOU NEED!!

This is the goated app which I found & it really works!! The Plan Journey option which lets booking all the public transport ticket once is the greatest feature. Like wdym I can book local train metro 1 and metro and 7 ticket all at once??

All in one application for metro traveling

The map helps me find the nearest metro station quickly. It even shows me the right exit gate for my work. Very simple and helpful app.

Unresolved Refund Issue Despite Multiple Complaints

I attempted to purchase tickets three times (₹200 each, total ₹600). Although the amount was deducted from my account every time, the transactions were marked as failed in the app.

It has been pending since February, and I have yet to receive any refund. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response that my issue has been “highlighted” or “escalated,” with no clear resolution or timeline provided.

This has been a very frustrating experience. Blocking a customer’s money for such a long time without proper support or accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate refund and a clear update on the status of my complaint.

New version is great

The app has improved a lot with the recent updates. It’s much faster now and the ticket opens up quickly even if the internet is a bit slow. Very reliable for someone who travels every day for work

Servers are slow

I was trying to book a Blue Metro ticket standing outside Andheri rail station. The entire flow from payment selection to payment acknowledgment is lagging. The payment was done, got ant ack msg but ticket was not booked till 5min timer was expired.

Edit : This was resolved and app was working perfectly until couple of weeks back. Since couple of weeks whenever I opened this app to buy ticket it crashed. I am using this on 15proMax. I hope you guys have already fixed it as it is already working fine now. 5 star for the great work, please keep it as is.

Amazing New Features – Makes Travel Much Easier!

I’ve been using the MumbaiOne app regularly, and the latest updates are really impressive. The return journey feature is extremely helpful for daily commuters like me. The new dark mode also makes the app much more comfortable to use, especially at night.

I also loved the current location based journey planning on the map and the top suggested routes feature — it makes trip planning super quick and convenient.

Thanks to the team for continuously adding useful features and improving the app for commuters. It’s making travel in Mumbai much easier! 👏

Sluggish

App has started becoming sluggish and takes a long time when payment is through UPI. Also when the ticket appears then the processing screen sometimes appears not allowing ticket to be scanner. Through review of the app and performance is required. Otherwise I am going to switch

Return tickets issues

App is very convenient and user-friendly. However, there is one issue we cannot book return tickets for Mumbai suburban trains. The app currently allows only single journey tickets. Return tickets are commonly used by many passengers, so adding this feature would make the app much more helpful. Thank you.

Return ticket option not available.

The app is generally useful for getting all public transport tickets at one place, but it’s missing a very important feature — the option to get return ticket of Metro line 1. It would be much more convenient if users could easily get the return ticket without having to buy it every time. Please add a return ticket option in a future update!

Good, but-

This app is amazing! Way better than the previous one. I can book the ticket with ease. And also I can favorite them as well. Very convenient.
But, I face an issue often - morning journey is a bliss. But, for when I try to buy a ticket in the evening, it just doesn’t load and it finally says ‘no internet connection’. I finally purchase ticket through WhatsApp as there’s no other choice for the evening time.
The previous app had a return journey option so it wasn’t a problem. Can you please look into this? :)

Best Travel App for Mumbai

If you are in Mumbai and using this app for your travel plan, you have absolutely right app to take care of your travel needs. I tried using app to book metro and other travel mode and i was able to make sure i know every detail of my travel route, timing and next move.

Loading is slower for buses in Navi Mumbai

I hope the developers add a real-time bus tracking for buses, so that we can see exactly where the buses are.
Also I noticed one thing that when you click a nearby station and select bus stops, the timings of buses that it shows are not updated for real time. Please update it that so that it shows which are the latest buses arriving at the stop.

We would like to clarify that the app provides official schedules and timetables for transport services, and it will provide real-time push notifications about any delays. However, a feature to show the live GPS location of buses or trains on a map is not currently available.

Review on recently launched mobile application.

This is a great app for booking all types of Mumbai local transportation tickets. The interface is clean, simple, and responsive. There’s the occasional lag, but it’s rare—probably because the app just launched recently. I especially love the "Plan Journey" feature, where you can select your source and destination, and the app suggests the best local travel options based on price and time. Plus, the ad-free experience makes it even more enjoyable to use.

Finally, a Convenient All-in-One App for Mumbai Commuters!

The Mumbai One app is quite handy for travelling in Mumbai. It has 10+ (all major) public transport options including all metro lines, local and buses. You can select single or multiple tickets, child ticket, AC or Local, 1st class etc. with edit option. It has all the digital payment options including our own UPI. Pretty neat and user friendly multi-modal app for Mumbai. Excellent update to Mumbai public transport. Hope more cities are added and we have national version of the app.

Option for Return journey

The Mumbai One app is really user-friendly and convenient for booking tickets for all modes of transport across Mumbai, it’s smooth, quick, and easy to use. However, it would be great if the app had an option to book return journey tickets as well. This small update would make travel even more seamless for daily commuters.

Great App

After the update, the app works like a charm! It would be great if you could add a “Favourite Routes” feature for quick ticket booking — currently, we have to select the stations manually each time.
