Mumukshumandal

This institution was started in 1973 by Mumukshumandal Trust Sri Geeta Kutir Tapovan Haridwar and by the founder and director of the Ashram, Temple, Gaushala, Sanskrit College Pathshala, and Old Age Houses, Pujya Charan Sadgurudev Shri Swami Geetanandji Maharaj Bhikshu. Pujya Charan Shri Sadgurudev ji used to make a living before going to Tapa Sadhana in Shri Geeta cottage, Swargashram, Rishikesh Himalayas. Sometimes, the bare feet, sometimes from the wood Charan Paduka, traveled on foot with a fruit fasting. The ascetic - preached life, in the form of clothes, and in the coconut-tiled as a vessel, while begging, sacrificing the idol of sacrifice and quietness to Jaimanas. Seeing the movement of crowds with unbroken Sharad and faith of Janata Janardan, the saints living an ascetic life living in bushes, because of the difficulties faced by the forest officials, in the dense forests, shrubs and pilgrimages, Brahmashtriya Pujyarancharan Sadgurudev Shri Maharaj. The people were removing those saints, they requested to take some space to make a hut for us. In spite of Pujya Charan Shri Maharaj Ji's resolve not to make a hut for a hut in his life, he started this ashram in the form of Sapta Kutis on the land of this Tapovan with the prayer of saints.
