Love it, but
The app needs some fine-tuning. I love this idea because as a grandmother who frequently takes care of the grandchildren, it’s great to have fresh ideas. Ingredients are missing from the ingredient list and listed ingredients aren’t mentioned in the directions. Also, one recipe said it was dairy free but it used milk.

Munch Mind has been really helpful for taking the stress out of planning meals and organizing groceries. I like that it already creates a grocery list within the app, so I don’t have to build one myself. There are also plenty of meal options with helpful specifics for different eating needs, including gluten-free and allergy-friendly choices. Being able to swap meals around for different days and favorite meals for later use is also a great feature.
That said, there are a few things that could make the app even better. It would be useful to have a notes section for each meal so adjustments or ingredient changes can be saved. I also think the grocery list could be improved by sorting items by category (like produce, meats, pasta, etc.) for easier shopping.
Another helpful feature would be marking meals when ingredients are missing—maybe a red flag or grayed-out option—so it’s easier to track what can and can’t be made that week, while still allowing access if someone wants to make it later.
Since this is especially useful for parents, adding a way to track when a child eats meals, including whether they were breastfed or had a bottle, would be really helpful. Portion size guidance based on multiple children or babies would also be useful, along with notes about a child’s eating stage (like whether they have teeth or are still learning to chew), since that can affect what meals are appropriate.
Overall, it’s a great concept and already very helpful, but a few small additions could make it even more practical for everyday use.

Pratique et riche
J’ai adoré cette application très pratique, plusieurs choix pour les plats et aussi parfaite pour planifié les repas🥰
Recipes organized by stage
The fact that recipes are organized by stage is so helpful. Now that my baby is 9months old I can find new meal ideas
Very educational
I wish I had this app when my older child was a baby. It organizes everything in one place — recipes, meal planning, grocery lists, and even the videos showing how to make the meals.
Highly recommend
What makes this app different is that it’s not just random recipes. It builds a full weekly meal plan and introduces a variety of foods throughout the week so babies get exposed to different nutrients and flavors.
