Infuriating UX
The app’s primary purpose is content creation, but the UX gets in the way at nearly every step.
* Tap targets are far too small, often requiring multiple attempts just to select an element.
* Dialog boxes overlap, creating a cluttered and confusing experience.
* The app doesn’t account for the on-screen keyboard. As soon as it appears, it covers the workspace, forcing you to dismiss it, reposition the canvas, and repeat the process.
* Apple Pencil support is unnecessarily limited to drawing. It should also support UI interaction, especially since the tiny tap targets would greatly benefit from the Pencil’s precision.
Overall, creating content feels frustrating instead of efficient.

This doesn’t work at all. It constantly glitches and I’m unable to see my document. Can’t type on it. If I add a comment over a certain amount of words I can no longer see what I’m typing.

Uso Mural desde la laptop y para practicidad lo instalé en el iPad. Todo bien! Me gusta que puedo escribir con el pencil en mis archivos de mural

Good until it didn’t open.
This app allowed for MASSIVE improvement of my creative skills, and an enjoyment to create purely based on the experience of utilising the UI.
But.. uhm.. Ever open an app only for it to go to white? Yeah. That’s the issue I’ve been having for months. The website still works, but I got the app so I could use it, not the website….
Anyways! I don’t want to deal with support. I’m just hoping the next app update fixes the issue. This app is good! When it works!!

他的畫筆有夠難用，畫到一半還會跳掉。還有他的共編功能根本不能用，還讓我編了一整個下午然後檔案直接不見找不回來。上面的介紹都是騙人的，比起這個爛應用程式，adobe好用太多了

I used to be able to edit colors or stickies and shapes via the app and now I can’t. Frustrating.
Does not work for IPad
I can get this app to work on my Android phone and on my chrome browser, but it does not even open on my iPad. I have tried everything I can, but it looks like others had troubles too.
Offensichtlich nicht gut getestet für iPad
Auf dem iPad werden Grafiken beim Reinzoomen völlig verpixelt dargestellt. Da wir oft Screenshots von Powerpoints im Mural Board verwenden, bei denen dann der Text nicht mehr lesbar ist, macht dies Mural für mich auf dem IPad nicht nutzbar!
App doesn’t load!
The app loading takes forever, no matter how many time you install and uninstall.. there is error that take longer to load and it continues. No wonder there are only two stars. Beyond surprise, how mural can have a mobile app like this?

Desktop version is much better
Mural is a great tool. I use the desktop version all the time and I love it. The app however is difficult to work with. I have wasted a lot of time working through the app rather than from the desktop.
Stuck on logo
I haven’t had such a poor app experience from a mainstream app in a long time. I have a 2023 iPad Pro, latest everything, but when I try to open the recently downloaded Mural it just sits there with its logo on a full white screen and won’t move on - waited 5 mins and gave up. Have restarted the app and the device, and unloaded and reloaded the app - nothing. And I can’t even use it via the safari interface on my iPad coz it redirects me to the app which doesn’t work. Can only use Mural on a desktop - avoid.

Удаление аккаунта замороченное
Ну попробовал захотел удалить а пришлось попрыгать по ссылкам. В целом ничего может, двигать и рисовать можно и шаблоны есть. А графин оно надо когда никакой интеркативности. Все нужно дорисовать, то есть предметы обычные
