What's New in Muscle Memory

1.1.8

July 28, 2026

Fixed: "Backup Now" silently did nothing on iPhone and iPad — your manual backups now save properly. Please make a fresh one. Fixed: restoring a backup made by an older version failed outright. Fixed: a crash when using Select All or Copy in Notes. Overall now opens on the body map, with clearer Front and Back labels. Stats reopens exactly where you left it — same tab, same exercise, same measure — and now starts on your Recap. One workout per calendar day. Adding to an occupied day no longer merges anything; it becomes a plan instead, and the app shows you where it landed. "Future" is now "Plans", and "Routines" is now "Build". Details now shows every set instead of cutting off the third. Garmin watch now reflects reps and weights you edit on your phone. Muscle groups you've since deleted can be taken off old workouts. Muscle Memory now tells you when a new version is available.
