Worst verification system
I don’t know who found this idea & the whole company approved this stupid system for a logic-less output. Why I’ve to download, then give permissions to camera, location & gps🤣 And then I’ve to hold the camera for it scan & tilt? What the hell guys? Do you guys even want the customer to verify whether it’s genuine or should I customers just drop in the middle & give up? After all these, it shows genuine product & I can do this multiple times? There is no scratch or validation that this label is used so I can use the same container & fill a counterfeit & sell it? You guys are making easier for the counterfeit people🤦🏻♂️Such a useless company with a useless management🤷🏻♂️

Verify via camera never works (remove fix focal length on your code let the native camera do its job)
You can verify the same code multiple times without registering product - defeats the purpose of authenticity check

The print it on the cap that could be changed . There is no serial number on the cap to verify if it the cap for this box only. Another loophole is that it can be scanned multiple times. Scanner should be inside of the box and could be scanned only once.

The scanner doesn’t work that well, so I would suggest you to enter the 10 digit code printed beside the QR Code to get your product verified.
Also you don’t need GPS Permissions for tasks like these.(Muscle tech team please look into it)

Can’t focus on IPhones. tried with 13 pro and 14 pro. anyone can copy the sticker use for fake products. they should give scratch codes.

This is sketchy
The app has no settings in iOS, not even privacy settings. It hasn’t been updated in 2 years so it hasn’t complied with Apples latest policies. The fact that the app is the only way to verify a product and this feature isn’t available on their website also raises concerns.
Such a hassle to work with
The scanner(even though the example hologram is old) works, but you have to hold the camera at a tilt after placing the bottle kn a flat surface, instead of a straight angle like we are used to to scan QR’s, the other way is to wait for the scanner time to run out and then manually input the code on the hologram to verify, also, I don’t like that it asks for my location.
