Not specific enough
My wife was given this app following a spiral humerus fracture. There are much better videos specific for this injury from other NHS sites. This one is too general. Poor offering Leicester!
Does not work!
I installed this app this morning after advice from my physio but it keeps telling me ‘No Wi-Fi or 4G connection’. My WiFi and mobile data are fine.

Finally, an app that helps with self management in advance of visiting the GP/physio. Greatly helped with managing my lower back pain
Super helpful and fantastic app
This app has got to be one of the most fantastic apps i have downloaded this year. It has a lot of information to read about MSK. One thing i love about this app is the design and layout of this app. It looks good and easy to use. This app also has leaflets on here which is super handy when you need more information or you had that particular leaflet and have lost it. Videos are also a plus which is helpful when in need of some exercise. Highly Recommended.

Excellent app
Nice to see a real person in the videos. The app has helped me remember my exercises for my shoulder pain. This is much better than paper leaflets. Well done who ever thought of this.
Grandparent finding this easy to use
Found this for my grandmother to use. She has responded well to the video explanations. So much easier to use than leaflets and verbal explanations. Highly recommended.

Using this to do my exercises at home is so much easier than using a paper printout! Should hopefully reduce the need to keep printing leaflets too!
