Every company has growing pains and bugs are one of them. I've experienced a few bugs but overall the app and the ring are very usable. The updates have been pretty consistent which shows me this product is under active development
Worst experience
Update. Wrote initial review back in December of 2025. It’s not June of 2026. They responded to my honest review publicly claiming they would take action. STILL haven’t received a working ring. This company made me lose faith in any crowdfunding project in the future.
After waiting over 2 years to receive it, it doesn’t work. It wasn’t recording workouts or sleep data at first and now it won’t even charge at all. I contacted support , they gave me trouble shooting tips that I had already tried. Told them I already tried and have yet to hear back. Made me lose faith in ever backing another kickstarter project again

All I can say about Ring one by Muse Wearables is that it’s smooth sailing app, clean and exquisite it has made my strain tracking seamless it helps plan my day without stress

I have the first gen ring. Yes it took awhile to get it. But works great for me and looking forward for the upgraded 2.0. Although it’s not the gold one I originally ordered, they sent me a ring to hold me over. I love the ring and wear it everyday. Customer service is outstanding also. They always reply to all my email inquiries. Can’t wait to get the gold and the upgraded version.

Poor! Just poor!!
Waited 3 years for the product. Lasted only 3 months! New update ruined connectivity. Not recognising my ring. Measurements when it did work were either wrong or didn’t register. All in all a poor investment
Simple & Helpful Health Tracking
I’ve been using the Smart Ring for a while now and it’s been great. The advanced health tracking gives clear insights into my sleep and daily activity, and the data is easy to understand. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day 💯
Excellent & continues to amaze people
I have had my Ring One since August 2025 and I wear it every day. Both the app and the actual ring functionality has continued to improve over time and various issues have been fixed.
Yes, we all know there were huge delays with the delivery of the ring, but that’s in the past.
The team have done a great job of delivering a very complicated and comprehensive product in a ring. When I pay for things using the ring, it still amazes people who haven’t seen it before and I am always asked where it is from and where they can buy one.

has potential
long time to receive ring, asked for silver and white but recieved a black one, ring often disconnects and won’t allow me to stop a workout in due course, all a bit laggy, but the monitoring is quite impressive, calories burned during workout feel definitely overshoots, also strava connectivity would be hugely beneficial for running and cycling

Happy with my Ring
Was very happy with my Ring after firmware updates and app updates. After 6 months my only disappointment was that the black finish had badly scratched from day to day wear. After reaching out to Muse by email they responded promptly and they assured me that the newer versions had a better coating and offered to replace my Ring free of charge. One week later and my new Ring has arrived, so I'm very happy. Looking forward to what future updates bring :)

App doesn’t work
The whole experience has been very poor. The app won’t let me change the email, add phone number to request a code, add wallet details as it doesn’t recognise I’m in the uk.

I’ve had my Muse ring since last year and love it. The app was very intuitive to download, set up , and connect the ring . I’m amazed by how much useful daily data I get from my ring . The app interface is very easy to understand and navigate . Highly recommend!

Do not buy the ring
First of all I didn’t want the ring anymore and yet they shipped it after waiting over 2 years for it.
Then the app is just not finished, a lot of the features don’t show. The dates on top of the screen are just black so you cannot easily go back days ago to check your tracking..
And the charge doesn’t last. The ring is brand new I charge it all night this morning it was at 92% and 4hrs later it’s at 53%.
Cheap product. They tried to compete but this looks like a project from some kid in engineering school.. not something ready to be sold.

I was an original backer on indigogo and waited a long time to get my ring.. after arriving it ceased working but after a few emails with Naveen, he was able to figure out my issues and after a few steps he is replacing my ring and case … so thank you Naveen. This is my first wearable ring, so I don’t have anything similar to compare it with. That said, my first impressions have been very positive.The sizing is exactly what I expected, and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear. Setup took a little longer than I anticipated. I briefly thought it had frozen but it completed without any real issues. Syncing is quick and smooth, actually noticeably faster than my Apple Watch. I went for a walk and forgot to manually start an activity in the app, but the step count still seems very much in line with what my Apple Watch recorded.The ring feels well made and solid. It doesn’t feel overly light, cheap, or plastic-like. So far I’m really happy with it and looking forward to seeing more insights over time.
