Simple & Helpful Health Tracking
I’ve been using the Smart Ring for a while now and it’s been great. The advanced health tracking gives clear insights into my sleep and daily activity, and the data is easy to understand. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day 💯
Happy with my Ring
Was very happy with my Ring after firmware updates and app updates. After 6 months my only disappointment was that the black finish had badly scratched from day to day wear. After reaching out to Muse by email they responded promptly and they assured me that the newer versions had a better coating and offered to replace my Ring free of charge. One week later and my new Ring has arrived, so I'm very happy. Looking forward to what future updates bring :)

App doesn’t work
The whole experience has been very poor. The app won’t let me change the email, add phone number to request a code, add wallet details as it doesn’t recognise I’m in the uk.
Fantastic app and ring!
I’ve had my Muse ring since last year and love it. The app was very intuitive to download, set up , and connect the ring . I’m amazed by how much useful daily data I get from my ring . The app interface is very easy to understand and navigate . Highly recommend!

Do not buy the ring
First of all I didn’t want the ring anymore and yet they shipped it after waiting over 2 years for it.
Then the app is just not finished, a lot of the features don’t show. The dates on top of the screen are just black so you cannot easily go back days ago to check your tracking..
And the charge doesn’t last. The ring is brand new I charge it all night this morning it was at 92% and 4hrs later it’s at 53%.
Cheap product. They tried to compete but this looks like a project from some kid in engineering school.. not something ready to be sold.

This is my first wearable ring, so I don’t have anything similar to compare it with. That said, my first impressions have been very positive.The sizing is exactly what I expected, and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear. Setup took a little longer than I anticipated. I briefly thought it had frozen but it completed without any real issues. Syncing is quick and smooth, actually noticeably faster than my Apple Watch. I went for a walk and forgot to manually start an activity in the app, but the step count still seems very much in line with what my Apple Watch recorded.The ring feels well made and solid. It doesn’t feel overly light, cheap, or plastic-like. So far I’m really happy with it and looking forward to seeing more insights over time.

App, Carging
Though the app charged to 100 %, the app only indicated 50% and never changed from that. The case at 100% only charged it one time. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but was unable to get the OTP. I’ve reached out to customer service many times with no response. It’s been a week.

I want a refund
This ring feels cheap and mostly plastic. The app fails to sync and doesn’t even have accurate measurements. Waited 3 years to get this damn ring. You would think that would be enough time to ensure the app ran smoothly! Refund my money! Everyone else, save your money. Buy a superhuman, Oura, or literally any other ring.

Setup the ring ok then lost pairing. Forced shut the app and went to login again but there is no login button hahaha wtaf
Buy a different ring
Save your money and get a ring that will provide you with information. I was an early backer for the ring and waited years to receive a sub-par product. This ring is never synced with the app and the information isn’t available to review. I don’t know if it doesn’t save to the app or just doesn’t record the info at all. It is not made of titanium and looks as though it has been through a war. The NFC payment doesn’t work in the US and there is no explanation of it will ever work. I still wear it in hopes it might work but I don’t want to think I threw away money.
