Cheap Analog watch with no smart features designed for IOS
This is a cheap analog watch and do not have a capability of smart watch. First of all at this price point it’s is very expensive because it’s doesn’t have heart beat calculator, SPO2 and so on and so forth. Secondly the given features such as calorie count, walking, sleep and water intake is also not calculated. It even doesn’t notify the user on basic fear such as forget phone, call alert, notifications and so on and so forth even after enabling it multiple times. Waste of money and please don’t buy.

Lousy app, pathetic product
Bought a Muse Cue, which sounds amazing on paper, but is completely unusable thanks to the firmware not updating properly, leading to severely degraded device performance. Their customer service try their best, but their crappy product lets them down. A crying shame that this touts itself as a Made in India company, they really shouldn’t bother.

Works worst with iPhone
There is a serious sync issue with an iPhone and the whole purpose of the watch is wasted when people buy it for health related activities when nothing is being logged.

only 3 times it worked. after that. no sensors are working. every day i try to connect and see but no lights. nothing. i kept charging full. but no use. app un installed lot of times. and installed but no use. this is how the product works. tried almost 100 times i left it. and i have given to kid to play wit it.

Issues with App
Multiple issues with app abs sync data with wearable, I like the concept but developers need to fix issues as it’s health related products and any discrepancies won’t help in promoting products hope to see improvements
Some issue with height
I’m not able to save the height properly. By default it’s stuck at 5.0ft.

When would we get a feature that syncs data from Muse Health to the default health app of iOS?
Useless Watch - Incapable startup
I have bought Muse watch 3 months ago and till date I am not able to configure Musepay payment service in it... When contacted the support team, they always say they are in migration process with their new payments supporting bank... I am totally exhausted waiting for resolution from their end. Please don’t fall prey to their promotions and loose your valuable money!

App Crash and no 2 device support
The app keeps on crashing.
Also, I have Muse Cue and Muse Grandeur but I can’t connect both simultaneously. Should allow that.

The app is not scrolling down.please solve the issue.
App crashes instantly, muse smartwatch won’t pair
When I initially opened the app after the update, I had to re-pair my muse smartwatch. Although the smartwatch is paired to my phone on bluetooth, it was not detected by the app. After that, the app would crash every time I tried to open it.

The muse health app is extremely buggy:
App shows connected but doesn’t transfer Dara between watch and iPhone
App shows only same day walk and sleep data. Even previous day data is automatically deleted
App doesn’t show week and month data
Cannot add more than 3 contacts into categories of family, friends and work
I actually like the watch but the software and hybrid features are almost non functional, making the watch a normal watch
Edit on 12/01/2021: Today I got a major upgrade and now the app won’t even log in! It doesn’t allow to reset password too. Gives a JSON error
Edit on 14/01/2021: Now the watch gets paired but the app crashes as soon as it is launched. The watch is usable like a normal watch only and not as a hybrid watch. The app is useless even after the major upgrade.

Agreed with another reviewer - this is embarrassing
Originally, the developer told me through email to expect an app update to support Muse Cue on Nov 10, 2020. I am writing this review on Jan 6, 2021 and still no app update. The latest update was at least a year ago.
I’m highly considering returning my Muse Cue for a full refund.

Great product, but no app support for IPhone

I bought the Muse after reading the backstory of the company. I was extremely proud that a team of guys from IIT Madras came together and tried to create a world class product. The Made In India sentiment makes me feel proud and thus I bought Muse.
But it is very upsetting to see that a team of such great minded people are not able to solve a simple issue. If you don’t have an iPhone app for Muse users then how will I see what the app is tracking.
Your product innovation and marketing team are not in sync because you are promoting the Muse proudly on Instagram but not realising that your product is not supported for iPhone users.
Not complaining, just feeling miserable of the injustice to Muse and it’s users. It can be a great product for the Indian market but you need to pull up the socks and sort the app.
