مماطلة في حل المشكلة
كنت عميلة راضية عن البرنامج لفترة طويلة ،؟من حوالي 3 أسابيع نزل مستواي فجأة رغم وجود مشتريات، وتواصلت معاهم أكثر من مرة. وعدوا بحل المشكلة أكثر من مرة وما انحلت و اعترفوا إنها صارت لعملاء ثانيين.
المماطلة هذي تأثر على ثقة العميل، وأتمنى يهتمون بحل المشاكل بسرعة

سحبو ألف ريال كامله وصارلي اكثر من شهر ألاحقهم يحلو المشكله ومافي فايدة خدمة عملاء والواتس آب تحديدا سيئن جداااا حسبي الله عليهم

Worst customer service and they never solve a problem
The app doesn’t work and support doesn’t help
The app stopped working long time ago, it either doesn’t open or doesn’t allow to log in. I reached out to the support team a couple of times, but still haven’t received any support from them. It’s pretty annoying
No response in app or email
I have missing points and no response from app chat or emailing the customer support
Fix the update
I love the app and the rewards BUT since the last update the app doesn’t open anymore. Please fix that

Their customer service is just useless.
System always has a glitch or error in connection
I have downloaded the app and purchased from level shoes since one month till today every time I follow up on my points there is always a glitch or network connection. I don’t understand how could this be possible? Never answers if you send an email.

I encountered a problem "accepting the text message"!! I don't know who takes two days to solve this problem! The app has bad software..and the customer service did not help me at all
