Don’t download

When I got the app marked to do the trial free 3 day, 5 minutes later they charged my card. There is a lot of lagging with the templates and I just don’t have time to wait for it to load and pretty annoyed they charged my card.

SCAM

I signed up for the FREE trial, yet I was charged £49.99 immediately without any warning. Calling it a "free trial" is completely misleading.
As someone currently on maternity leave, this unexpected charge has had a huge impact on my finances. I feel completely let down and misled.
The app itself was also a massive disappointment. It's difficult to use, not user-friendly, and nowhere near worth £49.99.
I would strongly advise anyone considering downloading this app to think twice and carefully check the subscription terms before signing up. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I certainly won't be using it again.

Only works with Apple

I enjoyed having this app and purchased it after my trail. I’ve not even had it a week and I’ve moved back to android and the app doesn’t work for that. Annoying because I liked the app and now I’ve wasted £49.99. Only had it 4 days.

Fraudulent

I subscribed to this app based on the information indicating that included a three day free trial however I was charged immediately instead of receiving the advertise trial. In addition, the app did not function as advertise, and did not provide the features i was expecting. As soon as I realized I had been charged and the app was not meeting expectations. I canceled the subscription on the same day the trial began. Despite this, My refund request was denied. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed again and relied on the advertise free trial when making the decision to subscribe.

Avoid this app

The his app sucks. Spent 30 minutes editing just to rave to project. Go back and only 3 seconds of my 30 seconds is there. You guys suck.

WARNING SCAM REFUND

I read the other reviews and just assumed that people didn’t understand what a free three day trial means and how it works. Sadly I was wrong. I VERY CAUTIOUSLY clicked the free three day trial, made sure the tab was green so it’s free, triple checked the screen and then hit confirm. I was immediately charged $69.99! There was NO FREE TRIAL! Yes it is really a scam. This was not user error. Luckily I was refunded by Apple. Total hassle! I don’t know how they have so many five star reviews.

Not able to download

Due to some storage issue i had to delete the muse but after that am just not able to download it again its bery irritating

Luring with 3 day free trial and then charging right away

I mean, the template and story maker everything is great, but when you opt for the 3 day free trial, they will ask you firstly, for the payment verification. Change your payment method and what not that no other app does, and then they charged me right away with the full subscription amount of ₹3000. Then I went online to see an a lot of people have been scammed or duped the same way. That’s only misusing/abuse Apple's automated billing system to catch users off guard

Misleading free trial process and disappointing customer experience.

Be careful with this app. I selected what was advertised as a free trial and was immediately charged £49.99. The process was very smooth and gave the impression that I was simply starting a trial, with no clear indication that a payment would be taken straight away.

What makes it even more frustrating is that Apple support refused my refund request without providing any explanation. Had the charges been made clearer, I would never have proceeded.

Please read everything carefully before selecting the free trial option. My experience was disappointing and left me feeling misled.
