Please note that, as per Apple’s policy, subscription payments are processed automatically at the end of the free trial period. This is a standard policy for all apps in the App Store, as it is part of Apple’s subscription management system. We recommend cancelling the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This will prevent any further charges from being applied. You can request a refund directly through Apple’s official support. Hi there, The app does have free templates, and you can easily filter them to show only the free ones. To do this, open the app, tap the filter icon, and select the Free option. Misleading Subscription and Terrible Video Quality
I canceled the subscription on the same day, yet I was still charged ¥8,000 for an annual subscription. I explained everything to Apple and requested a refund, but my request was denied.
This experience was completely unacceptable. The subscription process was misleading, I lost my money, and I received a product that did not work as expected. I feel completely misled and deeply regret downloading this app.
I strongly recommend that everyone read the subscription terms very carefully before downloading or starting the free trial.

Bonjour, L'application propose bien des modèles gratuits, et vous pouvez facilement les filtrer pour ne faire apparaître qu'eux. Pour cela, ouvrez l'application, appuyez sur l'icône de filtre et sélectionnez l'option Gratuit. Il vous suffit ensuite d'appuyer sur Appliquer pour mettre à jour l'affichage. Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Si des frais apparaissent pendant une période d'essai gratuit, cela est généralement dû aux règles d'abonnement d'Apple. Cela peut arriver si l'essai gratuit a déjà été utilisé avec le même identifiant Apple, si l'essai n'a pas été entièrement activé, si la période d'essai était déjà terminée ou si l'abonnement a été annulé trop tard. Choisir un autre forfait peut également entraîner une facturation immédiate. Les développeurs n'ont pas accès aux détails de paiement et ne peuvent pas effectuer de remboursements. Toute la facturation est gérée par Apple. Vous pouvez demander un remboursement directement via le support officiel d'Apple. Si vous avez des questions ou besoin d'aide pour la procédure de remboursement, vous pouvez nous contacter à support@bigrowth.io.
