Download this app and choose 3 days free trial, was charged for a year right away and even after cancellation still no refund

I was told I’d get a 3day free trial but as soon as I clicked on it I was charged 90CAD and my subscription was up till next year. I wouldn’t have minded it had it been after 3 days of use, when I reupgraded my subscription to 20CAD monthly, it charged that money but hasn’t refunded me the 70cad. Very poor customer service options. I do not use the mail app on iPhone and everytime I’m trying to contact the support I cant because I dont use mail.

Android not supported
Most of the apps support, android and Mac why is this not putting android users?. I switched from iPhone to android and now I’m unable to use my yearly subscription.
The free trial was misleading!
So disappointed! I literally just signed up, and it says 3 free day trial, but it automatically charged my account! I sent an email and they told me that I have to go through the apple app store to see for a refubd. But seriously??? So misleading! To put a 3 day free trial when its not because they just charge you on the spot!

Their response claimed I didn't click the free trial version, wow blame it on your customer huh??? I have a screenshot to prove it! So you guys are a liar too then! And just puts the blame on others! Never been frustrated with an app like this ever! Do better!

I loved the app and all its features. Only thing is, I used the free trial to create my content and then unsubscribed right after before it ended, and the app is still charging me even after I canceled my subscription, whats that’s about?!

My subscription now shows as canceled, but I have not received a refund\. Please provide a clear explanation of what this charge covered\. I was billed immediately even though the app stated that I would receive a free three\-day trial\. I did not expect to be charged when I signed up and requested a refund as soon as I noticed the charge\.

Free Trial charged me for 1 year subscription
I signed up for 3-day free trial on 13Sep2026 and canceled same day,however I was charged $74.93 on the same day I canceled for a full year! O dis not authorizeor intend to purchase the annual subscription.

It says “free trial,” but it will charge your credit card right away. I asked them for a refund, but they put the blame on Apple.
Charges you even if you Cancel before trial
Now I’ll have to try and contact Muse directly since I canceled the day after I started my trial and they went ahead and charged me $14.99 anyway. The templates were not to my liking and required 20-30 video clips per template or were too busy or looked like something preteen would make.

As a photographer, this app sucks. It edits my photos automatically, it changes the size of the images…you can’t just make a simple insta reel.

Honestly, I am giving it two stars because it looks cool, but I just hate that you have to pay for or buy a membership to use it.
Be VERY careful with the free trial & annual charge
I signed up for the free trial thinking I could try the app and then decide if I wanted to continue monthly. Instead, I was charged for an entire YEAR. I requested a refund immediately and it was denied.
The app itself is alright and fun to use for a few days or even a few weeks, but I absolutely would not have knowingly paid for an entire year upfront. $70+ for a yearly subscription to an app I only intended to try is crazy to me.
After reading the reviews, I can see I’m clearly not the only person who has had an issue with the free trial/subscription and unexpected annual charges. The developer responses seem to blame Apple’s subscription rules, but when multiple customers are confused by the same thing, the subscription and trial terms need to be made MUCH clearer before someone is charged.
I would not recommend signing up for the free trial unless you are 100% prepared to potentially be charged for the annual subscription. I’m extremely disappointed that my refund was denied.
