Can’t unlock

Bought the full Paris museum package and three of the four work well. When you updated this app, half has become locked and there is no way to unlock it. What did you do? Please fix.

Not an actual audioguide it’s only text with synthetic voice reading, design looks like ios4, don’t spend a cents on this app it’s pure scam.
