Great experience
I used Orange Travel last January when I went to Spain. I had a really good experience. With them. The service was easy to set up, easy to use, and worked very well throughout my trip. I also thought it was a very good value.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond, and very easy to deal with.
I was very happy with Orange Travel and would definitely recommend them. I’m going back to Spain again and I will absolutely be using them again for my next trip!

Awful service. Expected a UK number. Got a polish number. Impossible to call a uk landline number from google maps. Poor data reception and very slow. Regretted getting it.
Not working
It just seems to show the opening screen and sits there doing nothing.
Not functional
I could not activate my eSIM despite following the instructions in the pdf, and consequently could not install the eSIM either. When I contacted the support staff, the diagnosises and fix attempts got me nowhere (was issued another eSIM to activate but that didn’t activate) and when I messaged them about this, I was ignored by Raluca. It seems like a promising service of the setup could work but it didn’t in my case.
