I love Musi - Best music app ever
This app is amazing. I love that i can create unlimited playlists and listen to all my favorite songs. There are no restrictions on what you can listen to (you can listen to sleep sounds, instrumentals, edits, remixes, etc.). I love that you can watch music videos on Musi too! The ads are not too invasive or annoying or excessive and it's very worth it. I paid the $6-7 (I can't remember if it was 6 or 7) to remove ads forever and it was the best purchase I ever made. The option to have crossfade between songs is awesome too! This app helps me study, sleep, jam out, watch videos, etc. I've been using Musi for like 7 years and the quality has only ever improved. The developers obviously care about music and making people happy because they make updates whenever there are bugs or something to be improved. I also love that you can easily backup your music. You can also change the color theme and pink is my personal favorite. Whoever makes this app work knows what they are doing. Love it! Totally recommend to everyone I know including my own mother (she loves it). Thank you Musi developers for genuinely improving my quality of life so much with your continuous efforts to maintain this amazing app!

A couple things.
The ads don’t play if you don’t have the app open, if you’re doing something else while the music is playing it doesn’t play. It becomes an issue when you wanna search a new song and then the ad pops up. To follow up with it, I’d suggest you add a feature that plays songs that are recommended to you after you’ve played all the songs in the playlists. It becomes more exciting that way. Also, when it comes to pulling up lyrics if the song is from a broadway play or maybe a movie the lyrics won’t be there—instead, it’ll be the script for the whole play and it usually doesn’t include the song you’re looking for anyway. When the app is closed but the music is playing, when you skip the song through multiple songs the Lock Screen the music pauses and you have to skip and go back to the song in order for your desired song to play.
But, overall the app is great and I like the crossfade feature. The music videos aren’t my favorite but I’m sure someone appreciates it. I like how you can customize the background and color accents and more creative elements like that where you can customize it would be great.

I’ve been experiencing a disappointing bug
I love this app don’t get me wrong, I’ve used this app for years practically every day however in recent months I’ve been experiencing an issue where when the next song plays in a playlist, the app will say the song is playing but there is no audio even at full volume. In order to fix this you have to skip back to the start of the song. Another issue I have is that whenever you pause music and play it again the audio completely cuts out and you have to do the same thing and skip back in order for it to play again. This happens every time the next song plays or if the song is paused. A third issue is that if a song does manage to play, the audio level is way too low even at full volume which fixes itself by pausing and unpausing which can be very jarring if you didn’t know the glitch was occurring and your ears get blasted with very loud music. If there’s anything you could do you help in case this is a problem on my end I’d be very thankful as I do not know if this is a problem more people are experiencing. If not I hope this is addressed at some point.

Amazing but with flaws
The main problem I have with this app is the fact that the app would randomly close for no apparent reason. After you would pause your song, the app just closes. That’s pretty annoying because you have to put the song you were just playing and try to find where you left off. Also another thing but it might just be. This app always has updates. Now that is definitely a good thing but the features are always changing and sometimes I would press “delete” on a song instead of “edit” because of muscle memory of doing that same action a lot of times. The inputs would be re-arranged so you have to get used to where everything is once again. The app is already good as it is. All you have to do is just keep the layout the same and fix any bugs, that’s all. New features aren’t really necessary because everything is already there, but if something should definitely be added, sure. But just make sure you don’t change everything else just to add that feature.

Best music app ever!
Musi is my go-to music app. Out of all the music apps I’ve had it is my favorite by far. There are so many different options for different songs and theres different genres. I literally love everything about this app and its free! I love how it has your favorites too right when you open the app. And I’m glad its not your library anymore. You can have different albums for all your different music and theres no limit you can skip as many songs as you want without ads or having to pay. When you first open the app and if you click on a song you will get an ad but theres very few ads and its lovely. In your favorites your songs are also alphabetical order.
I literally can’t say enough good things about this app but i can say if you are looking for a music app i 100% recommend this Musi. I will never switch back to those old music apps i am keeping this one forever lol. I highly recommend downloading Musi it is the best music app you will ever download and its such good quality too i have recommended it to so many friends and family members

too many ads now + other things
I’ve been using this for over 4 years now and had no problems! Until now.. because it seems that I get an ad instantly everytime I click a video now. And those ads (from what I’ve seen so far) are basically impossible to click out of. So everytime I want to change my music I have to exit the app entirely and go back in to play whatever it is I want. Plus it seems they got rid of their ‘ad countdown’ warning. So.. this update.. it’s not all that good. And I understand money needs to be made but seriously.. I can’t even click out of these ads at all lol Also for me the screen that opens when you click a vid to play is now square for me and not taking up my entire screen. I’m on an iPad and it’s a little strange looking Not gonna lie.. I’m a little sad.. hope this all gets fixed and/or the devs come to their senses in the coming ?? weeks ? If not then I’ll have to look for an alternative or something because I can’t stand apps that shove ads in your face with little to no warning at all. The visual changes are aight I suppose but I definitely preferred the original layout. Now I don’t really want to rate this so low but I really want the devs or someone to see this message, y’know? The ads are quite annoying

Just one simple issue
So, I have been using Musi for about three years now, and I have never had an issue with this app. It has always worked for me ,and allowed me to play all my music. But a few months ago I ran into an issue, when I played my music on shuffle play instead of going to the next song it would repeat the song it just played over and over again and I would have to hit next. I know that might not sound that bad but when I’m trying to go to sleep with my music playing I don’t want to just keep hitting next over and over again or when I’m cleaning I don’t want to have to stop what I’m doing just to hit next on my song. Maybe a few people that are reading this are thinking why don’t just delete the app and download it again, well I have about 300 songs saved and I really don’t want to have to redownload everything again after I delete it. But other than that my experience with Musi has been great and I appreciate how you can listen to just about every song for free and there isn’t any adds that interrupt your music so, thank you for that and for your time!

Hey there Musi/Devs! I’ve been using your app for a good, long, hard while now, and you never cease to amaze!
The new update is quite nice, and feels sleek, not gonna lie! However, with the new ‘favorites’ feature/modification to the ‘add to playlist’, I do have complaint; I prefer the old way of just putting it straight into the library/‘favorites’ automatically, and then select other playlists to add it to, when you add a track. Think it’s kind of silly you have to select to add it into the library/‘favorites’ manually, since it can get annoying at times, because I thought it automatically went into the favorites, but it didn’t, and I have to go into the adding menu/add to the ‘favorites’ from a separate button when I add from ‘Recently Played’. :/ Maybe that’s just me, but there’s some feedback.
Hope you guys keep up the great work, as this is a wonderful app, and I’m proud of seeing how far Musi has come, in the past 4-5 years, since I got it. Thank you for such a wonderful app, and Happy Holidays, all you lovely people back there! :).

Awesome app but… (EDITED)
The app by itself is amazing (I’ve been using it for the past couple years) so I won’t go too harsh on it but there is this EXTREMELY annoying bug where it’ll just boot you out of the app every so often (in the new update) and will pause all of your playlists even if your phone isn’t turned off; as in if you are in the app and your phone is turned on it can boot you out of the app. If the developers, people that patch fix, or whomever could please fix this extremely irritating bug that would be awesome, thanks! -EDIT: Oh and if nobody else has a problem with the new update, please tell me if I should get my phone fixed. -ANOTHER EDIT: thank you guys so much for fixing the bug where you would get kicked out of the app, like I’m sooo thankful, this is my favorite app with like 7-8 hours a day just for studying and and even in during boring presentations. Anyway awesome app!

Pretty good! I have one thing to ask, though.
I really like this app. Ever since my original music streaming app was removed from the app store, I haven't been able to listen to any new songs that I really like because the other app doesn't work the way it used to. Now that I have Musi, I could finally relax to music again! I could finally listen to my favorite songs! And the new ones.
One thing I really wish was added is an offline mode. So you could listen to/watch your downloaded tracks offline, without internet. I have a big internet issue, and it would really be lovely to have an offline mode.
I have payed for the removal of ads and it has made my experience a whole lot better, and the best part is that I don't even have to subscribe to a trial. My old streaming app had a trial, and it was the reason I couldn't listen to music anymore.

Awesome, but…
So I’ve been using this app for some time now, and I love it. Especially since I’ve paid to get rid of the ads forever.

Because of the way I’ve titled certain lists, the app from what I can tell arranges them in numerical/alphabetical order. Almost perfect
This is the best music streaming app I’ve ever used. Allows for both audio and visuals without delay or long ad breaks. Sound quality is good, with video options for those interested. The app supports audio while device is off and doesn’t pause or lag when doing so. I would love to give the app a five star rating, but there is an inconvenience that has been around since I downloaded initially. When viewing ads on the app, they normally are short and don’t interrupt the listening experience. What the ads do quite frequently is crash the app and on some occasions my entire phone. I have an iPhone 13 and don’t have crashing issues using the app in any other capacity. This seems to occur after the ad ends and completely destroys the app. From sound glitches to straight up turning my phone off and closing the app, ads seem to have a huge detrimental effect upon the app. In order to avoid this I have been using the app for audio only and normally set tracks in queue if not pick a specific playlist. Regardless of workarounds, this is a very big issue that if addressed would in my opinion make this the best music streaming app on the market.

Probably the most used app on my phone
I’ve been using this app for a while and I can say this is a must have if you want to listen to music on your device. No monthly subscriptions, so it’s completely free to use if you can put up with ads. But considering I frequently just have going to listen to music throughout my daily life I’d say this is an app that is worth throwing the one-time payment of only a few dollars to remove ads and support the devs.
There are a couple things however that does keep me from giving this a 5 star review. App starts to become really laggy and drains battery after awhile
Don’t get me wrong, this is an amazing app (the best music app that I currently own) and I have been using it for many years now (4+) and have hardly had any issues or problems. Until now, after the most recent update. I’m not sure if I just need to re-download the app (which I don’t want to since I have over 300 songs saved and I don’t want to recreate my playlists) or if it’s just an issue with my phone. (I have a 2.5 year old IPhone 8). So what happens is after just three or four different songs, the app starts to become really laggy and just kills my battery. The audio/video oftentimes messes up and the volume control is super laggy and I have to restart the app in order to resolve the issue (Which even after restarting the app it’ll do the same exact thing). If anyone has any advice on how to resolve the issue it would be much appreciated :)

Musi
Everyone knows it’s the best music streaming app, that’s why when they were closed down because of legal issues dozens of copy cats tried to take its place. But none of them can top the original, I do not use it as often since I can afford Apple Music but even then, Apple Music doesn’t allow you to search specifically what song you want to listen to in your own play list. Musi has way better features, and it’s worth paying to get rid of ads, not because they are annoying which they can be sometimes, but to support the people who made this Grade A app. The only reason I’m still using Apple Music over musi is because some artists have different versions of the songs exclusively on Apple Music that I like better but if even then I come back to musi because if it’s simplicity, efficiency, and versatility.
Two features they could add that would make this app from A tier to S tier, is to figure out how to let the phone keep playing a song that’s loaded when out of WiFi range for the repeat

I have a big problem and i can’t fix it I’m mad FIX MY PROBLEM OK CREATERS
OK first don’t start getting mad at me because yes it is a great app but is star to get annoying when the music just stops and then you have to do something in order for you to fix it OK I’m trying to listen to some music and then it just stops I’ll check on it and it starts playing again and I like where it says your battery if you swipe down for the batteries it shows you what song are you playing and everything like that that’s what I have to do every time it stops and it’s always lagging okAnd I’m getting a little mad and it starts to do this every time I listen to music and it’s getting so annoying that’s why I deleted this app and I’m getting mad you can change my mind If you fix the problem and stop everything that makes the app annoying OK to the people that love this game I was one of the Apple Store to get annoying when you can’t fix it and my Wi-Fi is perfectly OK so it’s not my problem it’s the apps problem it’s the people I love it again OK it is good and I do love it and yes I do agree that’s amazing but it’s just a problem that I’m having so don’t get mad at me

Let’s see.. the PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE MOST ANNOYING ISSUE WITHIN THE APP is BY FAR the horrific algorithm for “shuffle playlist”, i.e. the entire library. I mean for God sakes, if I have to pass 30 songs within a minute… why would the SAME 30-50 songs literally repeat within the hour!?!? I won’t even comment that the same exact songs will play THE FOLLOWING DAY, TOO; meanwhile my library is significantly large, thus their reasoning IS ABSOLUTE SH*T!

HA. A little glitchy
Overall this app is pretty awesome, although you can’t listen to music offline. You can find just about any song, and it’s very nice.
Here are some of the glitches that seriously need to be fixed though, because they are very frustrating.
-For some reason the app turns off my music when I turn off my phone. I got the app so I could turn off my phone while listening to music, so this fix would be greatly appreciated.
-Sometimes when I’m on the app playing my music, it randomly stops playing the music. Like maybe it lags? The video goes black for the song, the bar will stop moving, and then it’ll continue to move without any sound. To fix the problem I have to search up the song and click it for it to reset.
-When I leave the app to just check a message it deletes my queue, which is extremely frustrating. When I come back to the app, it freezes, and then kicks me off. When I get back on, my queue is deleted.
-The app also freezes when I add a lot of music to my queue. I have to wait a few seconds for it to go back to normal. It will freeze, and then what I originally wanted to do it eventually does.
-Sometimes the app won’t play music when my ringer is off, which is also frustrating because I use this app for sleep music, and I don’t want my ringer on when I’m sleeping.
I really hope you can fix these bugs, and also make the app work offline. But other than that, this is a really great app that just needs some improving.

Perfect, literally
I’m a guy that plays lots of and listens to even more music. So when an app like this rolls by, I take a lot of time to trust it. There have been many apps in the past that have tried to be like this one, but they always fall short because of a few things. Let me tell you guys, this app has it all. Making a playlist is easy as pie. The sound quality is nice, and you can even tune that to your preference since there’s an equalizer. No ad breaks AT ALL. the ads are the quick ones that pop up on your screen, after you exit those, they are gone, and the music doesn’t stop. Searching for songs and playlists is very easy, skipping songs or shuffling a playlist is never limited, its the perfect music playing app for anyone. Sometimes a song can be claimed or whatever, no big deal. The app even sends you a notification when you open it, saying that a certain song wont play because it was claimed. Just find a replacement, EZPZ. I’ve been using this app for maybe a year or more before dropping this review, and I used it multiple times a day.

love the app and they make it better with each update before my problem was they had removed the alphabetical order option now if you put it on it stays as such even when adding songs, love that. makes things more easier and my playlists look better but my only problem now is the up next feature not the queue itself but the generator I love this feature but my only complaint is I edit that instead of adding songs to queue now it’s quite convenient but when selecting the song or removing it off shuffle which is understandable everything there is reset and put into shuffle or how the playlist is once more all I want is for tht not to happen or like apple music where as they ask you whether you’d like to keep those songs up next in queue or remove them or just leave them as is without asking would be preferred that’s my only complaint it’d make this app PERFECT more so then it already is.
