Unable to rearrange playlists
I wondering was this feature removed, I’m unable to save updated playlists track order. This feature was great for non shuffled plays, and intentional listening. Please reply as soon as possible, Thank you.
Great sound, choppy downloads
Love the sound and the company, but I consistently run into issues with music and playlists that I’ve tried to download: they seemingly randomly aren’t available and when they’re not available it then stops cycling through the rest of the playlist
Good service, SO MANY BUGS
I love that this app provides better audio quality than Spotify and also pays artists a lot better but this app is so bloody buggy it and often at the worst possible times.
I'm currently on holiday and mid-flight I discovered that Tidal has magically deleted all my downloads. However, the 45GB or so of download data in the storage analyser is still there! So I do have the tracks, they just aren't detected. I've also had issues where I'll be on a plane or somewhere else without network connection and the app decides to log me out, and logging back in is impossible until I'm back on the network.
Again, great service, terrible app.

Good for music but…
I like your guys app, but this whole only letting people that can’t pay $16/ month listen to 30 seconds of each song is a little weird, just do ads like please I’m a unemployed teen and can’t bring myself to beg my mom to give me $16 for music
