Won’t stop charging me for an account I don’t have
it’s been 2 months since canceling, and i’m still getting charged money. I emailed them a month ago and they said they canceled my account and shouldn’t get charged. but a month later, I did. they keep taking my money.
Ban AI
The service is great. However, allowing users to opt out of ai content is not going far enough. Please update your policies to ban all ai content. I can’t rate this higher with ai content being allowed.
needs transparent pricing
after a significant price increase, I now pay $26.99 for a family plan even though it is listed as $19.99 on the website. the support chat is no help.

Simply not worth the money
I was already not happy paying so much for an app that has horrible shuffling and an extremely limited song selection, but I wanted to support a company other than Spotify. Now with a huge price increase coming with absolutely no additional added value, I will be ending my subscription as it’s just not worth the money.
