Total ripoff!

Two stars because one video finally came out right, but the overall experience was frustrating and costly.
I had to prompt and correct the scenes several times to get that one video right. Each prompt used about 75 to 130 credits. I then tried to create two more videos. One stayed at 99% and never finished. The other showed an error and would not complete. Each had already used more than 2,300 credits.
When I contacted the company, they offered only 500 credits total. They did not fix the videos, and I would have had to spend thousands more credits to try making them again. Now I can’t access the app at all, and I still had more than 1,300 credits left.
I’ve lost the credits spent on videos that never completed, plus the credits I can no longer access. Based on my experience, the app was a waste of money, and the response to these failures was not reasonable.

Seems like a scam
