Not functional
I clipped one song easy enough just how I liked it. Went back into the app my clip is gone. Also can’t seem to find a way to add the clipped version I’ve made back into Apple or Spotify which is the whole purpose of this, I don’t want to have to listen to my clips using this specific app.

Finally able to cut songs from Spotify to specific times that I want. Thank you for developing this app!!!
Works well but COULD be great!
The app clips each song so you just hear the portion of the doing you want to hear. It would be great if there was a feature allowing overlap of the songs so that if you’re using it at a party you keep the flow going. You don’t want the song to come to complete stop before another. Really good app though.

Good Idea, with Glitches
I wanted the ability to create a playlist and then edit the songs to 3 minutes in length. The app was glitchy and sometimes songs would play when the pause button was in effect. I wish I didn’t spend $10…but oh well.

Thanks for the reply. Restarted the app, still glitches. I just plug and unplug as needed from the sound system. Pretty inconvenient

It let me transfer one song from iTunes then never worked again. I’m awaiting some assistance; if they can help me, I’ll update my review.

It doesn’t seem to work
I tried to clip a song and then when I played it, it still played the entire song, no matter what. Very “you had one job“. It’s hard to see a convincing reason to bother to keep this on my phone, much less upgrading to a pro version. If I wanted to listen to the whole thing, I would just do so on Spotify.

Thought I was getting a free trial and could opt in to purchase. Nope.
Do not purchase!
The app messes up your Spotify account and when you skip to the next song in Spotify it flips to the songs saved in Pelascope app. Company will not give refunds even though the app does not work properly.

Does Not Work With Songs Unless From Apple Music
With songs downloaded from the Apple Music store it works but if you have songs you added that are not from the Apple Store the menu to add the song is missing. In other words, if you’ve created your own music and added it to your Apple Music collection, it won’t work.
I need a fix because this exception was not mentioned in the documentation and it’s the whole reason I shelled out all the money. Please provide a solution or offer a refund. I have no use for it if I can’t import my music. The menu simply isn’t there.
P.S. It was taking several minutes to add Spotify and never completed, so I gave up on that feature too. I didn’t really have much on Spotify I wanted to use so I didn’t care, but I thought it worth mentioning for those who are serious about the Spotify option.

Great app, but a couple missing features that drop it down a couple stars
Great idea, nearly perfect for my use case. Really need the ability to either randomize the playlist or rearrange songs. Maybe I’m just missing how, but I’ve looked high and low on how to figure this out.
The Upgrade Doesn’t Work
I thought by upgrading I’d have a better app experience. I didn’t. It kept freezing and crashing. Playlist feature didn’t work well at all.
Worked great until it didn’t.
I have a super-simple use case - clipping up tracks to use for a “name that tune” round in a pub quiz. This was perfect for that purpose. After the update, setting up the cues was buggy, and then it crashed during the quiz (over and over).
Look, these are low stakes, and I didn’t pay for the app (I just didn’t need the extra features). I don’t have much to complain about. But the app is no longer fit for purpose, so I have to be moving on.
