Doesn’t work

Got this bulb yesterday and can even use it. Plays music through Bluetooth but the app does not work at all to control the lights. Won’t connect to the bulb at all.

The light is great, I can play music through it; however I can’t change the color of the light and it’s very frustrating. Is there anyway to get help about this issue?
