Doesn’t work
Got this bulb yesterday and can even use it. Plays music through Bluetooth but the app does not work at all to control the lights. Won’t connect to the bulb at all.

Music light
The light is great, I can play music through it; however I can’t change the color of the light and it’s very frustrating. Is there anyway to get help about this issue?

My light used to work great but once this update came out my light doesn’t change colour any more 😐

I downloaded app it made the Bluetooth connection chime but I cannot get it to change colors or anything else

I am having the same issue where I updated the app and can no longer connect to the lights aspect of it. Frustrating.

It was good until the update
So when I first got this it was really cool I could make the lights go along to the music and could control the color of the light but then when the update came out and the app was changed to music light instead of home light everything changed! I could still play music through it but now I can not do anything with the light part of it! It’s sooo frustrating CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME????!!!!

APP DOESNT WORK
just got this light and it connected to my Bluetooth and the bulb plays my music however this app when needing to connect to Bluetooth nothing shows up... please fix this.

I have had the app for a while and it always worked just fine. Than it updates and now I can’t do use any of the in app features with my light bulb!

The new update made it unusuable
It had been working well with my vivitar light but now this update won’t even allow the app to connect with the light.

The Phone syncs to the light fine. But the app no longer connects so I cannot control the light.
Was great until....
I used to love this lightbulb and app. That was until I accidentally deleted off my phone and when I tried to re-download it, it was no longer available in the U.S. App Store! I tried for months to get it back. I even contacted customer support through both phone and email to no avail. I ended up having to send myself the link to be able to download it on my other phone. I gave the 3 stars because the lightbulb is wonderful when it has the app to change the lights. However, the whole ordeal of having to try to find a way to re-download the app sucked!!!
