Stopped working
The app was great when I first got it last year but over the past few months it has consistently crashed randomly, multiple times a day, and now as of yesterday it has stopped playing my music all together. I pay the yearly subscription and I have almost 400 songs on this app. Now I’m gonna have to find a new app to listen to my music.

The app is great but recently every time I get on the app it just loads and it never plays the music it can load for at least an hour and still not play the music and I’ve tried at least different songs to see if it was just one song but it wasn’t but the app is still really good before it started doing that

Great app but a few bugs
THIS APP IS GREAT but there is a bug me and my brother use this app and so do my friends we are all HAVEING the same problem none of the songs will load the app it's self loads very quish so does the home page but the song's every song we wanna listen to doesn't laid it stays on three dots please fit it.

Amazing app
So basically I just downloaded it and I searched up Lauren Z side and it popped up like 1 million videos. It’s so cool thank you so much my kids love it.

Only downside
The only downside for me is that every time I open the app it either takes long to load up or it don’t even load. I gotta refresh the app multiple times so I can listen to music.
4/24/26 - I ain’t gotta refresh the app no more but I can’t leave the app or lock my phone in order the next song to play . It use to let it play while phone is locked but not any more.

“video cannot be played right now!”
i’ve been trying to listen to music these past few days but i can’t because it won’t let me. every time i click a song it says “video cannot be played right now!” PLEASE fix this bug immediately. otherwise your app is useless because it can’t even play music anymore. please this is IMPORTANT.

I would have given the app five stars but all of a sudden it stopped working. Hopefully it gets fixed and I’ll update my rating.

I love this app! But recently it isn’t letting me play any songs, pls fix this!
Also before when I tried to play the songs on my playlist in the background of my phone while I’m doing something else on my phone it will sometimes skip songs or not play them and I hate when it does that that.

sooo i have had this app for less than 6 months and its not playing the videos anymore. it will just sit there loading…. but before that it was a really good app
