Swapy , nicht “tune my music”
(auch wenn der Titel im App Store das leicht vermuten lässt)
sondern die eigenständige App: “Swapy”
Response from developer
— Swapy-Team
Tricky advertising
Response from developer
We're sorry for the confusion — Swapy is its own app for transferring playlists between music services (e.g., Spotify → YouTube Music) in a few taps. We never want anyone to feel misled. If Swapy isn't what you needed, you can cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, and we're happy to help at support@funapps.me. Thanks for the honest feedback. — Swapy team
Uninstalled and cancelled trial
Response from developer
Thanks for the detailed feedback. Swapy is not geo-blocked and should work outside the US. The freezes you described are not expected, especially on an iPad Pro. Please email us at support@wever.me with your iPad model, iPadOS version, and whether you were connecting Apple Music only (or any other service too). If you can, include a short screen recording. We will investigate what caused the freeze and help you get it working.
Nope
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. Swapy should work with Apple Music, so this is not expected. Please email us at support@wever.me with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what exactly happens when you try to connect or transfer with Apple Music (a screenshot helps). We will check it and help you fix it.
NOT TUNE MY MUSIC
Response from developer
Hi, sorry about the confusion and the bad experience. Swapy is not affiliated with the TuneMyMusic website, and we do not intend to mislead anyone - we will review our App Store listing to make this clearer. Also, a subscription should not limit you to a single transfer at a time, so it sounds like something went wrong. Please email us at support@wever.me with a quick description of what happened (and a screenshot if possible) and we will investigate and help. For refunds, Apple handles them directly, but if you share your case details we can guide you through the correct steps.
