MusicBuddy is exactly what I was looking for. I stream most of my music through Qobuz, but streaming services have never been particularly good at giving me the feeling of having a personal music collection. MusicBuddy solves that.
I use it as my digital record collection. When I discover an album I want to keep, I add it to MusicBuddy. I can then browse my collection the way I used to flip through a box or shelf of records to decide what I want to listen to. The ability to organize albums, add details, and customize the information I track makes it incredibly useful.
It’s well designed, easy to use, and has become an important part of how I enjoy and organize my music. Highly recommended for anyone who streams music but still wants the experience of actually having a collection.

I like how it gives you so many different fields you can use.
Great system
I’ve been needing to update my vinyl catalog for a while. I had been using an excel spreadsheet, but I knew there had to be better. And this is it! I tried Discogs, but found it a little difficult. This app makes cataloging incredibly easy either by scanning a barcode or quickly searching online. It pulls in all the info on the album. You can then easily search by artist, genre, song. Well worth the one time $10!!!

Simple and perfect
Was looking for something simply to keep a catalogue of music for easy reference when I’m out shopping so I can avoid purchasing duplicates. I did not need an app to try and value my collection, I just want an easily accessible list. This is shareable via the cloud and you can export to CSV, PDF, and more. Well worth the $10 price tag.
