Does not work
App does not work on Arcam AVR30 with iphone 17max or iPad Air. Remote control is the only feature working. No service eg. Tidal or Internet Radio is available. Despite of long conversation with Harman support issues have not been solved. The only solution received is to use online service via IP client.

Bugs after last update
After last update, the volume control in app don’t work at all. Also cannot change INPUT in app. Pls, fix it

We are aware of an issue with MusicLife. Due to the age of MusicLife, active development has ceased, which means that we are no longer actively working on adding new features or changing the code without reason. Consequently, any bugs or crashes that arise will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If a fix is determined to be necessary, then development will re-commence to resolve this.
This is not a quick process, and as time passes, we move ever closer to the eventual cessation of support, as it is not feasible to develop the software indefinitely. MusicLife is already over a decade old, and mobile operating systems are continually evolving, so it is inevitable that more incompatibilities will arise over time.
With this in mind, we are happy to report issues to the development team, but we also cannot guarantee a timely resolution

Crashes
This app worked flawlessly with my iPhone 16 and when I bought the iPhone 17 I believe it is this app crashes as soon as I hit play in any app. Please fix it.
Leider unbrauchbar geworden
Die App lässt sich seit erzwungenem Update auf iOS 26 nicht mehr öffnen. Hatte vorher schon oft gehangen, jetzt ist sie unbrauchbar. Ärgerlich, da ich den Arkam Streamer in Verbindung mit der App gekauft hatte, um Airplay zu umgehen. Schlechter Support!

Updated software on arcam avr 20 and now MusicLife just crashes when I select something to play, not impressed at all, and yes I have reinstalled and yes my iPad has the latest software

Arcam AVR30. Die App hat schon unter Android nie vernünftig funktioniert. Nunmehr bin ich auf iOS (aber nicht wg. Arcam) umgestiegen und es ist nicht besser. Ständige Abbrüche beim Streaming Amazon Music. Somit als Ausweg, über die Amazon App zu streamen, läuft perfekt! Wenn ich mit der Arcam App vom NAS meine FLACS streame, auch HiRes, läuft es stabil.
Die Frage an Arcam bzw. Harman bleibt, warum die User über Jahre brutal und konsequent verärgert werden.

Impossible de mettre une playlist en favoris, l’appli se ferme quand on fait ajouter une playlist en favoris sur Deezer (iOS 26.2)

Catastrophique
Une application qui me fait envisager de changer mon Arcam CDS50 tant elle est calamiteuse. Pas de contrôle de volume, qui se ferme quand je lance un album, option de recherche inutilisable, options de changement de plages incompréhensible. Un vrai fail de Harman Kardon. À déconseiller à tout ceux qui ont une patience limitée. Je conseille à la maison mère de rétablir rapidement sous peine de profondément décevoir les utilisateurs. Dommage parce que le son rendu est magnifique.

Unable to start, crashing immediately. Reloaded, updated, restarted, nothing. That sucks. iOS version 26.2.
