Works fine I guess, when it actually works
It does not appear to hide posts with keywords that are a partial match. Like if I put “carrot” on the mute list, it won’t block “carrots”.
I don’t know why this is still a problem.

now 72% less depressed!
My favorite desktop extension on iOS! i use this to try my best at ignoring the existential dread of American politics. I’m really just sick of it all. Mutable does a great job with my filters. sometimes it misses a drop down window or something but i can accept this. i appreciate its interface is the same on desktop. Thank you for everything you’ve done to bring us this tool. i really appreciate you.

Beautiful, effective. I'm free of obnoxious politicians forever
This Safari iOS extension does exactly what I need! Set up a custom "mutelist" of any words (case sensitive or not), and it scans every webpage I open across the internet and blurs out the offending paragraphs with a calming placeholder. 🙂 I haven't tested everywhere, but it works great on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and on major news sites like Yahoo, Google News, NPR, or BBC.
Doesn't blur/hide images, but that's a trickier tech challenge I'm sure. For a free app this is incredible!

But I see post with the keywords I’ve blocked slip through all the time. It does not appear to hide posts with keywords that are a partial match. Like if I put “carrot” on the mute list, it won’t block “carrots”.
Great Concept
Great idea, but I don’t want to hide a whole post because of one word. I was looking for something that could blur out singular curse words, etc. just like a censor
