App was bad off before but now unusable

Since the recent update I have no option to shop from the app, not that it was exactly a pleasure before because if you clicked off the shopping tab it’d not only empty your cart but wipe your location and everything. Just annoying. Sorry /:

Why do you have to sign in again and select your store every single time you want to shop.

Please make it so we can permanently stay signed into our apps to shop and don’t have to pick out store location every single time.

Can’t use point!!

I have been trying to use this app for a while, can’t use my points it wants me to opp in but every time I try it just makes me to it again and again! Have talked to the Muv team about this every time I go in and all they say is someone will be in contact, never happens! I have literally tried everything to fix it!! I would love for someone to help me!!!

Won’t opt in

The signature pop up to opt into rewards keeps coming up after I sign. I had my local MUV store manager try and help with no luck.
We confirmed I’m opted in on their system, I deleted and reinstalled the app, I have my phone updated to the newest IOS and still the problem persists.
Hopefully there’s a fix soon!

Useless after update

This app was terrible from the beginning, because they make you go back-and-forth and you have to sign in every single time. But now they went a step above and made it even worse. Now you are taken out of the app in order to purchase anything and it is a mess because you can’t even select the store that you prefer
