Can’t log in on the laptop
This app only has the videos, no games or printables and when I tried to log into my account through the website, it didn’t recognize my subscription name and password. I triple checked that I got it right and went to the help section where it sent me to a “link” to my distributor but it was only text so I was unable to fix the problem. I canceled my free trial because I can’t get it to work at all. Disappointed because my kid seemed to like the videos.

Very scared I won’t get my money back
I’m getting very scared and concerned after reading multiple reviews and trying to get in touch with customer service that I am not gonna be able to cancel or get my refund for this. I have emailed customer service and called which no one answers. I have also tried the chat function on the website and in the middle of the day during a normal work week they say that these aren’t normal business hours. I look up the business on Google and it says the facility is closed. I am getting extremely concerned and wish to be contacted immediately! Other phone numbers aren’t working, links to cancel my subscription don’t work, the list goes on!

Subtitles don’t work
The content is great - son loves it. But subtitles don’t work on Apple TV and nobody responds via customer service. Potential to be a 5 star if customer service responds on how to fix subtitles.
App vs web
If you start in the app, the password does not open the web version. So I did not understand how to access all the print outs and games( these are not in the app) I canceled the trial and then purchased through the web, an now same issue, the web version password is not valid in the app.

I used to love it but when I got my phone it wouldn’t work on mine and it worked fine on my moms phone til it quit on us !!!! 😡😭great program and storyline, but thinking about downloading duolingo instead. Adios!
