Seems good to me. Responsive.

Good App Overall

Seems to be a pretty good app overall. TFT update process is a little clunky at first, but works well once you understand the process. Creating and uploading custom maps works well. My only suggestion to improve the app is make it so it’s easier to switch back and forth between multiple motorcycles if you have more than one MV Agusta motorcycle.

It’s getting better but APP still BROKEN

Trips still not syncing.. Is this going to get fixed? Latest update June23 I cannot sync rides anymore with the app, says nothing.. GPS trip is switched on but rides don’t track or sync with the app anymore! ——- Connection via Bluetooth to my 22 e5 Brutale RR is painfully slow transferring trips to the app my only issue now. OTA dash update works much better, actually managed to update my dash software which I’ve been trying to do for months since owned the bike from new (feb’22). Now have update dash (not sure what was updated) Wifi OTA trip transfer would be great as would take seconds compared to abysmal BT transfer speeds. Just need voice commands distance in mph and ā€œroundaboutā€ not ā€œtraffic circleā€ voice notifications šŸ˜Ž

Trip Record & Downloading Nothing..

Trip recording (GPS is ON) is not wotking anymore. APP updated, bike reconnected. I've done all the resets and bike screen updates (v8.50 21/07/2022) and still doesn't work.

Everything else works on the app/bike apart from GPS trip record! I have iphone 14 pro and 2022 Brutale 800rr.

Basic but works

Ca we get new 2022 Dragster RC images please.

To update software on bike make sure you connect to a Wi-Fi with 2.5Ghz. Currently it doesn’t work with 5Ghz or I couldn’t get it too.

MV Agusta Dragster RR SCS

My phone connects to the bike via Bluetooth, but not on wifi as needed to do a firmware update. Nobody has reported success with this. and consequently I can’t update and use the those nice features.

Connection

Something went wrong message, never worked

MV Trips are all empty

I have a 2021 Brutale 1000RR. I turn ON ā€œRECORD TRIP ā€œ and when I finish ride I turn OFF. Then I sync the app and a trip with only the date and time is downloaded. There is no GPS path, no trip data, no ride data.
At least the Custom Map works to send the mapping to the motorcycle.
MV Agusta developers, please help address that. Thanks !

Needs work

Overall I’ve not had a good experience with the app. The most used features of itineraries and trips work poorly. The satnav isn’t regionalised, which I can live with, but worse, it gets things wrong. I’ve been in a situation where it didn’t realise I could go straight at a crossroads and it keep sending me in an anti-clockwise loop to the same point. I can’t trust it. Downloading trips from the bike is incredibly slow. 10 mins or more to download a 1MB file is ridiculous. When it does download, the trip isn’t always complete.
If I could use the bikes turn-by-turn directions with another app, I’d delete this one.

Setup was easy and first ride was great.

Setting up the Bluetooth connection was straight forward. Once you set everything up the phone confirmed the connection. You access the turn by turn directions by entering a new itinerary and hitting ā€œride.ā€ Then bring up the navigation screen on the display and your good to go. There look to be a lot of cool tuning features too.

Good app….itineraries need work…

Definitely a 2 part app. The part that integrates with the bike and allows the change of settings works well, the maps section needs a feature boost…

The maps and itineraries section is ok but the lack of ability to place pins in the map when planning a journey means that you have to find out a street name you want to pass thorough and then search for it. If the map decides you haven’t hit the point when you are on the journey, it asks you to turn round….ability to place pins along a route would help a lot!

Downloading the journey data after a ride is slow but it works and is a good feature for sharing.

Overall it’s a good app with a lot of potential.

Firmware update process is a bit confusing

I have a 2021 superveloce and every time I try to connect this app it tells me that a firmware update is needed, the only problem is that it is impossible to update the firmware with this app. Every time I send over my Wi-Fi credentials to the bike via this app, I can see the Wi-Fi icon appear on my dashboard, however OTA icon never appears no matter how long I wait and that’s making it impossible to actually update the firmware. Any suggestions here?

Works OK

Works fine on my Veloce Turismo Lusso. To pair, go to Bluetooth settings on your iOS device and pair it on the Turismo dashboard (NOT on the iOS device).

Would really really like to to have more information in the app explaining the different functions to explain what 'Antidive', 'Adjust with speed', etc.. actually does.

But works well enough!

Might not support your motorcycle!

This app looks really interesting and useful.

But it currently only supports 3 out of MV Augusta’s 7 motorcycle models.

So don’t count on it supporting your bike.

The ā€œcoming soonā€ label has been on this app for quite some time...
