Whomever is the developer, in pushing his update broke the app entirely, perhaps hire an actual dev and not a child using AI to write non functional code

I am a mvb newer client. I had been at Wells Fargo for many years. I didn’t feel like I mattered there. The people at mvb have been SO nice and helpful I am very happy at my new bank……….Mary Jo
Not reliable at all!
If this was supposed to be an upgrade from the previous version it has failed miserably. I’ve had to reset my pin 3 times in the last week since updating it. It rarely loads. Today I tried logging on and it says “oops something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.” I’ve never been so frustrated with an app before. Very, very disappointed with the new version.
