Would never use voluntarily!
If i had my own business, i would never make my techs use this. It takes up half the day fiddling with the app for what? Still need to keep separate records, nothing is accessible once closed. Better off paying techs to stand around half the day, at least they wouldn't be pised off at their tablet for crashing all the time.
