OTP token

My A1 demands a Bulgarian mobile number to register. If a user signs up for simple TV service there’s no way to set up auto pay without a mobile number. This should be opened up to any global mobile number, or passkey, or other webauthn method (e.g. yubikey).

Useless services with rude people

I wanted to stop the additional MB services which i bought while on holiday (10000mb unlimited internet), I spoke with associate from A1 and she was very rude and told me that it will not be renewed every month and i should worry (by the way i should mentioned that even that option its not free, i had to pay for someone to be rude to me. Now every month i received the additional chargers and i tried everything to deactivate it from the web site or app (as explained by the automatic webchat). However the option do deactivate its not there. I barely use my SIM card only when going back home and they treated me horribly. The first thing i am going to do when having the opportunity its to deactivate every connected to them. Better to choose another provider!!!

You keep ripping me off, signed a contract of 35 leva and it was going on well until last month I travelled, I never used the line to make call outside eu but I have to pay 119 leva for what I don’t understand, I sent an email but wasn’t getting a reasonable answer, how can you charge me x3 of the initial agreed price.

Bad customer service and even worse app

They took like month for the sim to work then it break only for them to charge me 30levs for it… the app is poorly made and difficult to use.

Horrible

Don’t use A1. Their internet will randomly not work for periods of upwards of a week and they will do anything to avoid getting on the phone with you. Terrible app terrible company

Terrible service

No Internet for 2 days already and they keep lying that the service will be restored any time. I’ll definitely move to another provider. A1 are the worst👎

По-зле от да влезеш в пирамида. Подигравка с клиенти. Два неуспешни опита да си закрия договора. Подписваш документи за нещо а не се случва нищо.

Ужасно приложение

Ужасно много информация и нищо полезно в това приложение. Не е user friendly въобще. Безброй менюта, безкрайно много бутони и всички изглеждат безполезни.

Limited functionality

The mobile application does not open in Dubai, UAE. You need to have VPN and change your country to any European country, in order to be able to open the mobile application.

Много лошо!

Изключително несъвършено! Не е user friendly! Компютъра не може да отговори на въпросите. Чата е много изнервящ. Компютъра дава едни и същи отговори както и да се стараеш да парафразираш въпроса си…..невъзможна е връзката със “жив” оператор. Чиста загуба на време.
