Frustrated!!
I need to be able to keep track of my Healthy Rewards card balances without having to call every time. The app is showing a blank screen and needs to be fixed!

As an Amida Care member, we’re regularly told in printed, snail-mailed material to use this app to access important info. Unfortunately, it *never* works! Now it gives just a blank white screen. Stop stressing your members out with badly maintained tech. DO BETTER!

App doesn’t even load, just shows a blank screen. Not sure what the purpose of downloading this was.
They FORCE you to allow them to steal all the personal info from your iOS device
Their allow/deny screen clearly states that you can revoke their tracking/stealing of your personal data in “personal settings” but no personal setting exist. They also do NOT comply with privacy policy whereby each app is to ask for tracking permission upon first use of the app with iOS + there is no ‘tracking’ info to allow you to revoke permission within the iOS Settings either : (

Keeps telling me to update
The app keeps telling me to update the app to continue use but my phone store says there is no update available 🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️

Easy to use and VERY fast response if you need to contact member services via the app. Full of information that a member would want to know and appreciated. Thank you

... WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CREATE A NEW PASSWORD .. The password Reset Link they send you via Email is BOGUS .. DOES NOT WORK !!
