My history & option

The app makes easier to communicate with the diferente departments.
My history is stopped to work, sometimes I would go back to see if the matters was addressed.
Please fix it!!
Would be great if would add more options “others” is the selection that takes longer to get a feedback.
Also, it seams like it needs an update.

This app is awful-

Just wanted to pay my bill and there's no clear cut way to do that on a mobile app, so what's the point in even having the app if the most important feature isn't readily accessible??

Broken App

Since updating my iPhone to iOS 16, the app does not recognize that a selection has been made in the “Request” field. There is no way to submit an issue.

Can not type in description

Issue Reporting Not Functional - White on White

Why is the issue description area a white background and the text color is also white. You cannot tell what you have typed making it useless. I did use it once on the trail to report an issue by relying on my phone’s word suggestions but now I use my browser when I get home instead.

It’s worthless you can’t even make a payment on a utility bill on this app

They really should re-add the pay my bill. The app is no longer useful at this point

Can't Pay Utility Bill Anymore

With the update, you can't even pay your utility bill anymore. No thanks...deleted the app as it's no longer useful.

Overall Basic App-

I cannot say I'm too excited about the most recent update. I appreciate the attempt to clean up the clutter. The item I most used had been the link for mobile pay of my utility bill which is no longer under City Info. I feel it's time for a redesign. The front page is such wasted space. Maybe go with a tile system on the bottom half of the front screen. The calendar works but could use some re-imagining.

Customer Service Slow

I have used this app for a couple of years. Now is a good time for a review.
When requesting customer service via this app, they are very slow to respond. Five times I requested services and five times they took six days or more to just acknowledge the request.

Great App

So easy to use, city reps are very responsive and quick. Great app!

Need a zero star rating

Can't open app. Been a long time Anaheim! Still waiting... Don't update

Newest update no good again!-(

Update: same problem still not able to open app with my iPhone 6. App shuts down immediately after opening.

Update: app still crashes on my new iPhone 6. Please fix!! Can't even open app!!

update: now when opening the app on my 4S the app shuts down immediately.

Update: Just tried the new update in September and it's still crashing.

It was a decent app before the latest update and now I can't even open it. But even before that it was fairly decent.... One thing is that I would like to see more city events listed on the calendar with better descriptions. I know there is a lot more going on at the promenade than what's listed.

Latest update does not open

Works on iPad mini

On iPad mini, switch to "iPhone only” in App Store before searching for myanaheim. Downloads and works OK, except you cannot for example “CALL 311” on the iPad.

My Anaheim App

While this apps description states that it is compatible with an iPad, the App Store will not display it for download on my iPad; only for my iPhone.
