Great Readers. Terrible Tech and Support.
Most of the readers are fantastic. Nancy, Ernst, Bella, Candy, Rebecca and Serena are wonderful to chat with and have been quite accurate. The readers aren’t the issue. I would give these specific folks 5 stars.
Unfortunately, I have had a lot of tech issues. Money has been taken twice with no reading (it was refunded later) and I have been unable to connect chats or calls. Chats were finally resolved but the calls are still not
not working.
Tech will go wrong, but the real issue is the lack of support. Tickets are closed and marked resolved with no resolution or they just disappear. It is also VERY difficult to use the in-app support function. Trying to get help is extremely frustrating.
Please work on the mechanics of this app to properly support your readers and customers.

This is app is TRASH!
The advisors are great, but the support behind this app really is not there. Support claims that they will get back to you within 24 hours but they don’t and sometimes the app just uses your credits even when there’s an unsuccessful connection with an advisor. It’s been three days since I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything back from support. Also don’t bother to email them because the email link that they provide in their frequently asked questions doesn’t even work.
I am trying another app called Astrotalk. Everyone should try it. That app is REALLY good. If only my favorite advisor from this app will move over to that app then I will be happy. If I ever do get my refund back, I’m deleting this app and NEVER returning.
Take it for me your money is better used elsewhere.

I love how easy this app is to use, and the quality of the ad advisor is incredible I have talked with a handful of them on their and they’re all pretty spot on simple and easy to use if you do have any issues, it will be resolved quickly and the psychics are very fast
Support is scamming
Hello wow I did find a couple of people on this app who are actually psychic the app glitches a lot and sometimes when connecting to an advisor, it swipes your money before even getting your credit worth since August 10. I’ve been asking for a refund from August 10 and August 21st because the app swiped my credit now I’ve been contacting support on the app and they just been closing my ticket so I emailed them screenshot it the proof and they still haven’t said anything and they keep closing my ticket so be careful with putting your money into this app because it look like they’re ready to steal it

Not a quality app
I have been using this app for a few months now. I have created a rapport with some of its advisors. However, it is rather difficult to connect with advisors because of the technical difficulties it always has. I would wait for my advisors for a couple of days and when I finally reach them they tell me they have been online, but the app has their status as offline the whole time. I am considering using another app like it. I have reported issues to their support team but nothing gets better or resolved.

Not even worth it I’d say as it’s just asking you to pay instead of having a free of charge reading and when you don’t have the money it’s just pointless! Had to delete the app immediately.
Rubbish
I have been using this app for many years now, so u can imagine how many advisors I must have got through to write this review today, they are all rubbish, they all kept saying the same thing for years but nothing changed as they claimed, wouldn't trust the advisors and wouldn't bother with the app!

Great app
Love the way Reuben had been in his analysis and advice always. I trust him for whatever he says and he has never proven me wrong till date - yes time lines may go a bit here or there by some weeks but results have been perfect always for me. I wish all the best for Psychic Reuben and this app.
Delightful experience
I have been visiting My Astrology Advisor for consultations for over an year now. Reuben, Moon and Vineeta have been of great support in my toughest times. Psychic Reuben has been par excellence. He is very straight forward and honest, brutally blunt at times. Sometimes his readings left me in utter disbelief but later when times arrived, I found him the one who had been predicting right almost everytime. Vineeta has been compassionate and patient always and Moon is superbly analytical. I shall stay glued to this app forever as long as I feel I need honest analysis of my life and future.

It’s a fraud app . First they will ask you to top up for 1/- for a single conversation with the astrologer and then you’ve to pay another 400/- for that chat.
