Amazing products
I have been going to an Aveda salon for 7 yrs now and my hair has never looked better. The products are truly top of the line and the rewards program is excellent!

I love their products for curly hair, makes my hair feel soft and full without the frizz. The smell of all their products is beautiful. I get compliments all the time.
Doesn’t Actually Open
Glad to see I’m not the only one who can only look at the app icon but never actually use it functionally. Crashes as soon as opened, starting “Network Error”. Um, no? My network is working just fine for literally EVERYTHING else and when tried off wi-do it does the same. Useless.
App issues
1. Cannot redeem points- ask to log in but am already logged in. Then when you log in again it says error.
2. Salon location doesn’t work, only shows your location not any salons at all.

Love Aveda, App NEEDS work
I have been a consumer of Aveda products & client at an Aveda salon for decades. I love both. This app, however, is fraught with issues far too frequently to be acceptable. It’s infuriating to try to login to my Aveda+ account only to receive the same (tiresome) error message again & again. Permanently address the bugs, please & thank you!!!
