Amazing products
I have been going to an Aveda salon for 7 yrs now and my hair has never looked better. The products are truly top of the line and the rewards program is excellent!
Rewards
I love their products for curly hair, makes my hair feel soft and full without the frizz. The smell of all their products is beautiful. I get compliments all the time.
Doesn’t Actually Open
Glad to see I’m not the only one who can only look at the app icon but never actually use it functionally. Crashes as soon as opened, starting “Network Error”. Um, no? My network is working just fine for literally EVERYTHING else and when tried off wi-do it does the same. Useless.
App issues
1. Cannot redeem points- ask to log in but am already logged in. Then when you log in again it says error.
2. Salon location doesn’t work, only shows your location not any salons at all.

Love Aveda, App NEEDS work
I have been a consumer of Aveda products & client at an Aveda salon for decades. I love both. This app, however, is fraught with issues far too frequently to be acceptable. It’s infuriating to try to login to my Aveda+ account only to receive the same (tiresome) error message again & again. Permanently address the bugs, please & thank you!!!

Agree with other reviewers, app is buggy, constantly get error messages and app won’t load. How are we supposed to keep track of our points and shop for rewards if you can’t even open the app reliably?? The developers really need to work on this.
Still broken, still no support.
Got a new phone, decided to try downloading this broken app again & despite it being updated (fairly) recently, when I try to log in, it just crashes immediately. No error, no hanging, just crashes. I have 48,000+ points & still have to manually carry the membership card with me to the salon. Exhausting. I’ve emailed, called, & messaged support & if there EVER is a response, it’s just “uninstall & reinstall the app” & then I get ghosted. The support phone number is just a full voicemail box or hangs up. This has been going on for years.

Rewards pay off
While the Aveda products are pricey, they are also worth it and the rewards program for free products really helps. I always redeem for the be curly advanced hair cream! It's my favorite product for my curls.
Not a full shopping app
Maybe if they made it a full shopping app. I’m still disappointed that way back years ago. The company did not support my business since signing up with Aveda Plus in 2003 and now it says I’ve been a member since 2019 which is not the case.
Best hair care products and awesome rewards program!
I absolutely love Aveda hair care products. Since I started them a year ago I have noticed a total transformation of my hair. They not only smell amazing, they truly make your healthy and look great. The rewards program is like the cherry on top. It is awesome being able to get rewarded for being a customer and earning points I can then use for full size products.

Still no support for Apple wallet, even though a prior reviewer called you guys on this seven years ago. Also, when you see an offer and click the heart icon to favorite it, there’s no place to view it later. The“favorites“ link on the drop-down menu causes an app crash error. Please make this app better. It’s basically pointless otherwise.

Aveda is my favorite so far.
I haven’t had a better hair product than Aveda. I have tried many others. Some more expensive and some less. I’ve stopped spending money elsewhere.

I work as a Dog Groomer! The only hand lotion that works for me is Aveda hand relief! I love the stress relief cream too, I love the smell of Aveda products! All natural is the way to go you will love 💕 Aveda! If you buy something and you are not in love with it you can return, Not a lot to many companies stand by there products like Aveda!

Keeps Closing Out
For some reason after I tried logging in the app glitched and closed out. Now everytime I open the app it always closes. This is the same issue I had last year and there has been no patch fixes.
