I have been glad to stayto stick with a regional bank, and not one that has gotten too big to take care of the individual customer. . I have been with First United, and their transformations, for 30 years. however, I do not like the new format for your accounts where you can only see five transactions at a time. It’s a little tricky to see those that were more in the past. The format with more transaction on the page was easier to format. However, I will always stay with the spa because of their excellent customer service.

i love this bank but man the new update is so hard to use & it makes no sense when i'm trying to do things anymore. please make the app more user friendly.

Login problems
So tired of having to have them sending passcodes to login. Every thing works fine then they ask for verification. I use iPhone 14 with latest iOS. Face recognition should be all that you need but it goes haywire then plays the game of sending me a stupid passcode to my iPhone. Please fix so when I need to see balance I can just use face recognition.
