A basic app for a premium vehicle brand.
The app does not expose the depth of the car or the brand. Why is there no remote start in 2026? Why have driver profiles if the settings can only be configured while seated in the vehicle? Why must I call a dealership to make appointments for service, service pricing is set why not Bentley Concierge in the app to schedule? These are table stakes in 2026, do better.

Inconsistent not improving
Very inconsistent in being able to connect to the car to update the information. I more often get the unable to connect warning than an actual update. Not a great feature to build confidence in your app.
iOS app bug: Climate control button not clickable
I’m using the My Bentley app on iOS and the climate/cabin comfort control can’t be selected because the field is simply not clickable, it’s a clear UI issue. The exact same feature works on Android, but not on the iOS app, and this has been going on for months.
Please fix this, as remote climate control is a core function and currently unusable on iPhone.

I have recently changed over to Bentley and rather disappointed with the App. My previous vehicles allowed me to turn the heating on which was very useful when cold and when to defrost the windscreen along with various other options. I think Bentley needs to up the game and at least have these options as standard.

Keeps booting me and my password says not recognized 5 times locked out waiting to speak with someone. Terrible app

The app control hardly ever works and unfortunately I got into a situation where the key got locked in the car and I wasn’t able to unlock it because the app simply doesn’t work..

Horrible App!! The App has been horrible for years and Bentley hasn’t even pretended to care. This is not luxury. I expect better considering the cost of the car and will definitely take this into consideration when purchasing a new car.

Quite possibly the worst app ever made
This is the worst app ever written. Why even bother if it’s not gonna work and the bug fixes are a joke. It’s not working. Can’t log in, can’t edit, can’t control and it’s always down for one reason or another. Such a shame.

Needs a lot of work. The app doesn’t connect with the vehicle 80% of the time.
Terrible
The whole process is horrible and the app won’t connect to the car. How hard can this be for them.
