No proper details about anything,packages are not getting added,customer care doesn’t respond,you can’t avail the Benefits which you have paid for.

Used the app for the first time as part of employee benefit provided from my company. I booked an online consultation, loved the services and concept.

TPA for my office odessa
Very bad app, you will book online consultation but no one will contact you. The WhatsApp message post booking says they will reply after 24 hrs and have shared a email id. Office did a big mistake
Not usable
It wants to verify my phone number. But the text on the page is big and the page is not navigable. The submit button cannot be accessed. I cannot proceed. This makes the app itself unusable.
Scam
I booked for an annual health plan from this app, the payment got charged and the appointment was not booked, their support number doesn’t work.
