Updated review re: historic metrics

UPDATE:
Developer response explains how this can be done. I never would have found this on my own, but I’m happy it exists. I’ve upgraded my stars, and if intuitive use improves, I will upgrade again. Thank you for responding!

This app allows me to see the calendar from 6 months ago, but I can’t change my start date to then or add historical data (I’m just attempting to add numbers, not pics) for a complete view of my progress. This isn’t useful, and I don’t understand why the app is restrictive in this way. I have to get rid of it and start over. Can’t recommend unless this is day 1 of your journey.

Response from developer

You can add historical data. Just swipe down on the main screen and select the date you wish to add (you can swipe back and forth on the week view at the top after swipe down). Once you've entered a data for the date you wish to start on, you can go to the Settings panel in the app to change your start date to that date. Admittedly, this is a little tedious and something we will be improving in version 4, but you can do it in the current version.

Great app but can't change weight goal

I love the simplicity of this app to record my weight and some of my body measurements and that it syncs with my Apple health. The only thing that is wrong is that I can't change the weight goal that I set from the beginning. It appears to be some glitch in the app. I don't want to have to delete it and reinstall it to change the weight goal because I'll lose all my information. I hope this is fixed soon

You can change the weight goal in settings panel (gear icon on the main screen in My Body Metrics). If you contact customer support, we can walk you through it.

Great App - Exporting Videos?

I have used this app for over 2 years. It is very easy to use. I’ve tried 3 or 4 others and none compare. The only thing that needs to happen is the ability to export your transformation movie. I’d even accept an ad just so I can do this. I had to download a screen record app just to be able to save my transition movie to my phone. If there was an option to export your movie, I’d rate 5 stars.

Soo many unnecessary flaws

It doesn’t let you see each progress without watching it in a movie and then you have to pause it to see. And it won’t let you delete an old progress photo either or save any of the pictures you take 🙄 the only reason why I still use it is because I didn’t noticed the flaws until I was two months in. Save yourself the time and skip this one
