Poor design, barely usable
Managing payments is a right PITA with this app. If you need to update a card because autorecharge had failed, you cant. If you want to contact support, it’s all robots who cant understand anything. Many of the messages shown are woefully vague and clicking information messages doesn’t clarify their reason or meaning. Most of the most useful information the app gives you access to is hidden away behind menus. Should have much more detailed meaningful information on the dashboard. Doesn’t feel like humans were involved.

Boost will cut into wifi call if the signal is not strong an use your calls allocated which is only 60 mins . This is not stated before buying

This is by far the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. Nothing at all works. I can see my data, can’t sign in and support doesn’t even work. Now I’m stuck with no working phone! Never again.

Buying eSIM
I went to buy an eSIM through the app. Every time I finished putting my card details in and hit submit, it refreshes and I have to start all over again. Did this 5 times. I tried to use my laptop but the app is the only way to buy an eSIM.
This app continually frustrates me
My app consistently shows the error message: “Login Failed- There was an issue displaying your account. Please wait a few minutes before signing in again.”
I have automatic updates turned on, I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, I have obeyed the instructions of the error message, I have changed my password and passkey and nothing works.
I like to pay monthly without auto updates as I adjust my plan based on my data usage for the previous month.
This has been such a consistent problem that I’m considering changing my network provider!

Doesn’t work
App constantly has issues. I can’t sign in. Nor can I recover my account. And when I try to contact someone in the app, says “something went wrong”. Desktop is fine. Mobile experience is horrendous
Very annoying - constantly crashing
Tried to buy prepaid esim about 5 or 6 times and at the last screen before payment always crashes. Will have to take my money elsewhere

This is my far the worst app I’ve ever used. Go through multiple steps to sign up and it takes you right back to the start. Absolutely useless

I’m just trying to buy an eSIM through the app as instructed by the website for a new plan. App loops around and crashes. Please just fix it!

Scam
I payed $14 last night for an extra 6gb of data. It charged me the money, worked for about 5 minutes and then sent me the sms saying i had ran out of data. The receipt is there but the data is not. absolute scam
Can't even buy a product due to glitches
Keen to use the product but can't even select it and purchase. It is a horrible glitchy experience. Support confirmed this is the case and a widespread issue, a business that literally doesn't want your money 🤷🏼♀️
