CONVERT TO AUTO RECHARGE
Despite all the clear “help” screens and how easy it is to convert prepaid to AUTORECHARGE none of it works. So frustrating. My second attempt and another hour or more going down rabbit holes to dead ends. NOT IMPRESSED TELSTRA/BOOST. A REAL DUD.
No one know how to solve problem
I have been transferred and transferred and the app is not working for my eSIM, and no one knows how to solve it. Wouldn’t say is all staff problems, but the app need to work and improved ! Never use this services again

Poor design, barely usable
Managing payments is a right PITA with this app. Auto recharge always fails since you are out of data, they don’t even allow data to the recharge portal. If you need to update a card because autorecharge had failed, you cant. If you want to contact support, it’s all robots who cant understand anything. Many of the messages shown are woefully vague and clicking information messages doesn’t clarify their reason or meaning. Most of the most useful information the app gives you access to is hidden away behind menus. Should have much more detailed meaningful information on the dashboard. Doesn’t feel like humans were involved. Boost App is utter rubbish
