Payment method
Telstra is very frustrating to deal with. Trying to find details on MyTelstra of the credit card that I am using for my prepaid services and unable to do that. Can only find the last 4 digits. Only card details I can find is a card that expired on 04:2023 & the last four digits. Please provide some assistance

App crashes after update, tried to uninstall and reinstall, app is not even registering the uninstall on App Store.

Charged for something I did not use
I am out of Australia and you charged me for a service that I did not sign up for. My roaming has never been activated, and you charged me $10 for what?

terrible, greedy so expensive , the Telstra point system is a joke , such a facade . earning discounts and getting cool products 🙄is a scam, after years of saving my points I finally get a tiny discount on my bill after Telstra raised the prices , so I don’t really get a savings
