I purchased a PREPAID mobile sim, as I can’t afford every month otherwise I would of went post paid, so I activated the sim a month ago upon sign up i had already made sure that auto renew and auto top up was off, cause for some reason they need a credit to activate when it’s prepaid but two weeks on somehow ive managed to have gone through 200gb of data so I recharged it and once again in a week ive used all data again so I said im not renewing cause I don’t believe im using that much data and is being ripped off so then as im sitting here scrolling my Facebook a notification from my bank saying amaysim has taken out money i immediately called customer service and they said i should of turned off auto renew well what can I say after that? What I will say is stay clear of this company they are a bunch of lying thieving bunch of dogs

Bad reception
I live in a bad reception area and keep getting told it’s fine! I go to major centres and get bad signal while users of other providers get way better service. I am giving up nearly 4tb of data because it is pretty useless to me without access! I understand Amaysim just responds with info they get from Optus, but the info is incorrect and they won’t fix it unless Amaysim reacts by changing. I put my wife in Vodafone and she constantly gets better access to data! I am shifting over once this month expires! Good bye
