Improvements needed

Overall a helpful app however, the user experience could be improved.
- opening sub pages within the app means user accidentally closing services and have to go back into the service again.
- inbox notifications are not in real time and often come through after you’ve already opened and read the message.
- for CSA the information isn’t displayed easily/nicely, presuming it’s the same for other services too. The CSA app is better in my opinion. Not necessarily an app feature, but would be helpful to see a payment received and overall balance/debt owing, similar to bank statements. Would also be helpful to go back further than 2 years.
- give options in the settings to customise; text size, layout etc. I don’t want/need larger text and would rather be able to see more information on my page.

For a 1st world county it’s 3rd world

Impossible to log into account. Says scan QR code on phone with a device… how can I scan a QR code with my phone is if it’s on my screen?! Who actually thought this app was a good idea? who comes up with these systems?! Does anyone in this gov actually have any practical sense of mind? Anyone out there? All I hear are echos

Trash app

Can never sign in without resetting passwords that have previously worked and saved on keychain, most the time have to create a new account on myGov website just to go back to incorrect password and usernames trying to sign into this trash app

Built by incompetents

As other reviewers have commented, the method for logging in is mental, often juggling three Apps. Today it randomly decided I’d logged in too many times before I’d even tried to log in and it doesn’t send recovery codes by either SMD or email.
Trouble is, to run my business I have to use it. Yet more evidence that the Australian government hates small business.
