Terrible app from Stone Age
Most user unfriendly program it must be written by a cave man, it doesn’t solve problems it creates them and just wait your precious time and then bomb out with an error.

This app does not work. It constantly rejects the password and username. Incredibly frustrating.
Keeps exiting when I switch apps
Trying to submit a Medicare claim and switching to the Files and Photos app to look at receipts and it keeps exiting the app and I have to start again. Also can’t seem to upload a screenshot from this phone. Incredibly frustrating.
Worthless
Literally can’t do anything, can’t even link a service, just such a waste of time and money for this. Never seen this government do anything right let alone a goddamn app which just portals into the website anyways. Useless.

Nice concept, bad implementation
I come from a tech background, so in general I have no issue with ‘going digital’, and in fact prefer it for the most part. But this UI is clunky and unintuitive. I logged in today to view and print a couple of things from my health record, but could find no way to print or save a PDF copy of a letter. Tried on both iPhone and iPad, same result. I google for help, and AI insists that there should be print and save options. Nope. Oh, and you tap on an X thinking you’re closing the current document you’re looking at, but no, you’re closing the my health record window entirely. Maddeningly pitiful.

Terrible app
The app constantly tells me my password and or username are incorrect even after having username sent to me and resetting password.. absolutely ridiculous especially so being it’s a government app.. great to see how fantastic our government is a not even being able to get the smallest of things right.. I’m 100% Australian and im seriously actually embarrassed with how this country has gone down hill

Hopeless
Another fail. Does anyone condor doing user acceptance testing when creating these government apps? Clunky, hard to navigate and generally below standard.
Australia - An app for everything but nothing works.
I’ve been trying for a week to log in, submit my quarterly BAS and also my tax return. The system gives me the runaround. I’ve updated my password thrice, made sure that it’s correct. Set up MyID, but to use it I need log in with my PW - which is obviously as wrong as the email address I’m using for 12 years now. Who ever coded this should get SACKED.

Easy to use
I found it easy to use, especially when using passkey sign in. Wallet is a convenient feature, don’t have to remember where my Medicare card is now. Security settings are quite convenient. App size is small, which is great. Thanks!
Very frustrating experience.
The app is difficult to use and I couldn’t even link my other government apps or services. Something that should take a few minutes ended up taking much longer. It really needs better reliability and a simpler linking process.

Security through obscurity
Update your Authenticator compatibility list - no longer compatible with the latest Apple Authenticator. And, any particular reason why hyphen is not a valid special symbol in passwords?
Government Rubbish
Continue to go around in circles. Enter details takes you through process to end up at beginning and do same again and again and again. Was trying to vet into myGov to read a message. They can come find me. I give up.
