Username login failure
Multiple times my login fails due to glitch. To reset myGov removes my username login from their interface and I need to create a new acc plus relink services such as Medicare. Due to my disability this means paying a driver three times in the last two months tp transport me to Centrelink. At nearly $80 per hr, I’m appalled with the multiple fault. Either the app or cheap servers is the problem.

I’ve spent 12 months unable to make a claim. Firstly I tried a million times to set up the new myGov app, going in circles. Multiple phone calls and it turned out confirmation emails were being sent to an old email account I could no longer access and I had no way of being able to update my email. This was finally fixed my myID and I was finally able to set up a new myGov account. But now I cannot link my Medicare account. Everytime I try to enter my Medicare account details it shuts down mid-way before I can verify my bank account details. So now I’m going to have to waste another few hours trying to speak to someone and get help with this. This app is absolutely useless, frustrating and massively angry-making.

Both the “Digital ID” and the “Use myGov detail” options for login get stuck of endless loading screens of death… 😖 My Digital ID works just fine, but the app can’t connect to it. Useless, going to uninstall

I couldn’t find where to send you feedback! When I have a document open in the app, on my phone, I would normally use the share button to open the document in iBooks, so I can save it, print it, forward it according to my own choice. But this option is not available. The only thing I can “share” is a link that only opens after signing in on safari. So, unless I want to start up my computer, all I can do is screenshot the document!!!
Other than this, and some limitations of what users can do, compared to other apps, it’s not bad these days :)

Awfully confusing app
By far the worst app I’ve ever used
All in one place much less helpful
Why in the world have you decommissioned useable service apps and replaced them with this nonsense? So much harder to navigate. Much less visually useable. Yes you can get things done but you’ve only made it harder.

Trying to connect my ato and it’s a hard long process just to be told they can’t help you. Was on hold for more than an hour so you can imagine how annoying that would be. Would give 0 but that not an option

Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used in my life, as useful as it seems, actually using it is next to impossible, if something is done correctly, you got lucky, if not, you have to guess and take shots in the dark to find a solution. Requires an entire overhaul.

My gov app
As with most government apps, this one sucks. Every time I go to log in it comes back with an error message. It knows who I am because it says "welcome back Kevin" but when I enter my sign in code it just spits the dummy and I have to go back to logging in at the google site. When I try to download the newer version it only gives me the option to "open" the existing site .... that does NOT work.even this review doesn't work!

This rubbish is the most user-unfriendly app I have ever come across.

The most frustrating app, it won’t let me log in to the ATO part of it as it keeps insisting I don’t have a high enough identity status despite the fact I have all the relevant information and requirements in that app and no other active devices. I can access all other services, just not ATO for some odd reason. I then go to provide feedback on my experience and input all the issues, and it rejects my experience on the basis I have input “personal details” in one of the fields when that is absolutely not the case at all.
