Says I’m not connected to the internet when I am & everything else on my phone works. Have restarted, reinstalled & still nothing. Garbage app.

Looks pretty, but go to login and it just spins until it times out. Can’t access it from the UK at all.

Says I’m using the wrong email address and password. Can use the same details on my iPad but not working on my phone. I KNOW MY EMAIL AND PASSWORDS IS CORRECT

Still buggy
The developer claims to have fixed bugs. There is still a bug when attempting to link a mygov account to the ATO, giving the code RFM01, and telling you to try again later.
This fault has been complained about since at least 2022, which is difficult to believe, but true (check the ato community feedback).

UNUSUABLE!!
What is wrong with this app? They made me disable password log in “for security purposes”. So, I cannot log in to other devices without opening or using the app. Now, the app can no longer be used when I open it. It says “You are not connected to the internet” even tho I am!! I have been waiting for days now, I still can’t use it! I have very important things to do and I need access to my myGov acc, ASAP.

Literally one of the worst
Unclear instructions and I’m reasonably tech savvy. Linking services failed multiple times and calls to helpline needed. Had to create a new account because the old one stopped working within a year. And the thing is you can’t avoid using it !!!

Impossible to sign in
I’m a teen and I can’t get in. Absolutely impossible. Can’t imagine how someone over 30 could sign in

Cant open messages the app - just a blank page. Can’t got to ato within app because I used a computer the first time I used the app and now the app thinks my phone isn’t safe enough.

Around and around in circles between MyId and this awful app just to sign in and then it gets stuck or sends error messages that don’t really exist. No one must ever test the actual use of this app on a mobile. Get your mother or grandmother to set up, sign in and navigate through and they will lose a whole day of their precious life.

I cant get past the first step for digital sign in after getting a code. Where does it allow you to enter the blo.y code. It says go back and enter the code, right back to the start. I am missing the next step somewhere!!
Can’t even log in
Living overseas, and need to access myGov. The website gets stuck on “loading please wait”, despite clearing cache/cookies and trying three different browsers, as well as mobile devices. I had hoped the app would be different, but the app also gets stuck, saying “the server stopped responding”. It’s been weeks of the same error, so it clearly isn’t a temporary outage… What’s going on?!

Issue of login in
I did not login in app. Every time I open the app so it shows me to every time it’s log outed.
Worst app
I keep coming back to give one star but wish it could be 0. Between my id and this terrible clunky thing I don’t know what’s worse. You’re the government - do better.
