Terrible
Randomly stopped working then sends me on a recursive loop of asking me to login then enter the code from the code generator app - within the code generator app! Providing the code from the backup channel just dismisses the login window, only you put you back at the start of the login process. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Pointless waste of time.

Completely useless, you open it to get the code but takes you to the login page then asks you for the code, but you can’t get the code because you’re on the app trying to get the code blah blah blah

Ridiculous
Funny to read past reviews from years ago slamming this app, because those comments are still valid TODAY!! Services Australia pay someone who knows what they’re doing to make this authentication app work!!!
Randomly stopped working without warning
Was fine until today when a start message appeared. Clicking on this takes you to the PRODA site with no instructions on how you are supposed to reconfigure it. It’s now completely useless and I’ve deleted it.
